Worst experience
Worst experience. We were given a car which was in a very bad shape externally as well as internally. The turbo of car broke after 150-180 kms and the car took 13 hours to get repaired for which we were provided with no help. None of the company's person even tried to get involved, instead they directly gave us the owner's number. After so much of mental pressure that they gave us over calls, they agreed to pay 25k for the repaired part. After this, one of the tyre's had 6 punctures, the Stefanie had a hole in it and even the Driver side seat belt was broken. We somehow managed to come back and showed the car to their mechanic and proved that there were no accidents and no faults from our side. We were 100% right from our side to which everyone agreed. But the time the owner came, mechanic changed his words and shifted his side to the company's end. Irony is, before the arrival of owner of car, even person from their team agreed that they generally dont give this car (Tata Nexon) to their customers for long drives as it is not efficient.
Well, overall the conclusion was we wasted our rs. 9000 including 5000 security which was not returned. The dealer took full guarantee of car in the starting but he did not keep his words. The owner of this company was somehow quite polite. He provided us with payment of car repair when we were in rishikesh, but after the company got the car we didn't get our security and instead we were asked to pay more which was settled later.
Well, it was a pathetic experience. I am just happy that we managed to come back alive because this car was actually not in a mood to let us live.
Can't say till when are you going to keep this review in this section but I hope you stop taking your customers and their life's lightly.

Aao Sunaun gaadi ki ek kahani
My friends went on a road trip to Rishikesh, but I couldn’t go. They said I’ll have FOMO.
But thanks to ‘Karyana’ - Khud ke savari - They really were dragging the car ‘khud hi’ as it was in pathetic position and was not able to carry the ‘savaris’.
They came back with sad exhausted faces and the trip costed them 2X money with 0.2X fun. I had no FOMO. I thanked god.
But, I hope your friends who can’t go along, have some FOMO. Choose wisely - because they really give you the car at your own risk. Because it becomes your ‘Khud ka Bojh’

I have book honda city DL 7CM 2323 for…
I have book honda city DL 7CM 2323 for Nanital trip, but the car is hopeless.
Their are so many problems which was not conveyed to me.
First main problem is the leakage problem, the car is accidental and when i reached nanital their is heavy rainfall, and all water is coming inside the car and also in the boot space, all our luggage got wet.
Second issue is with system. We have asked that we need a good music system, but if we play then only front speakers are working and that too one speaker is having bombastic sound.
Third tyres are almost gone, till the speed of 50km/hr it will work fine but after that it will make a loud noise.
Fourth if we are going on CNG then petrol meter goes to nill and we have to fill petrol or cng tank again to check the level of petrol.
Fifth head lights are almost gone. Sometimes high beam light get itself off and visibility is zero.
Sixth jet spray is not working and also left side wiper is good for nothing.
I asked for the cheapest price car, but I don’t want to get my life sacrificed.
I don’t think this car is even be used in plains but we took this car on hills. I have not expected this on my first ever experience for renting a car.
