Same story as many others

Same story as many others. Ordered pillows. Had an email saying order had gone through then a second one saying they were still in the basket. I checked bank account, they had definitely taken my money. I emailed and they said more stock on 9th October and pillows would follow just after. No despatch note. Emailed again yesterday. No reply as yet. Why are they taking our money when they know they don't have any?

Took my money, didn’t send products, no CS response.

Same as other recent reviews, ordered pillows several weeks ago, eventually got info that they were out of stock but returning to stock on 7th October, still not dispatched and can’t even get a response from customer service now.

Could understand excess demand issues, but the fact that they’re still advertising next day delivery on their website for items they can’t deliver in a month is a complete disgrace.

Disappointed

Ordered a pillow from Kally sleep due to a trapped nerve in my neck - waited several days for the delivery due to not sleeping and being a bit desperate for a decent nights sleep. Order just showing excepted but not dispatched - so had to contact Kally to be told that they were out of stock and I was refunded - disappointing for a company with a rating of 4.5!!! why not show this on the website? Very disappointing and frustrating experience

When you placed your order, the pillow was in stock, but unfortunately, due to a high volume of orders ahead of yours, stock was depleted by the time we came to dispatch. We refunded you immediately and again can only apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.

Ordered and paid for delivery. 0 communication until I emailed them. The response was a brag about how popular they have become and that they don't even have the item in stock. They are still selling the item on the website offering next day delivery even though it's not available.

Very disappointing experience. Avoid

I ordered a ‘best buy’ pillow at the beginning of October on express delivery and have still not received it. At no point in the ordering process did the company advise they were out of stock. More disingenuously, they debited the money from my account on the spot for an item they knew they could not fulfil at point of sale. What a very poor MO from this company.
@Which? you need to weigh in here too as I can only assume that it was your recent ‘best buy’ recommendation that drove traffic to this company which they abjectly failed to fulfil. Maybe you should liaise better with these companies before you go public with recommendations.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I've still not recieved my pillow, and no delivery date, after placing an order on 30 September. When I chased it up they said it was out of stock but would be sent on 7 October. It wasn't.
Great for them if they are experiencing high demand, but customers should be told if an item is out of stock when orders and money are taken. And customers should be kept informed, and not have to work hard to drag any information at all from the company.
I've written to them to cancel my order.

Awful customer service

Their website say that they deliver next day. I order my pillow on the 20th September, got it today 10th October. At no moment in time, they say on their website that their items are sold out. They do not reply to messages or calls. Awful customer service. About the pillow, I haven't even tried it yet. But will not order from this company again for their lack of customer service and for not doing what they say they do.

Kalley Sleep customer care is appalling.

I ordered some pillows on Sep 30th for a birthday present, with 4 working days delivery indicated. No pillows no updates until I contacted them on Monday 6th. I had a generic email indicating it was on backorder, with no new delivery date despite me asking for one. A second attempt resulted in an offer of my money back, with no new delivery date. Since then nothing. There is no customer contact number, the level of customer care is appalling. And where is my money?

Reply to your reply: You failed to notify me the delivery would be late. You ignored multiple requests for a delivery date, and delayed responding to this review by 3 weeks. Because there is no customer contact number, and your behaviour, I stand by my view that the level of your customer care is appalling.

No communication. Money lost.

A warning is required I think. I ordered a pillow 10 days ago from Kally Sleep. My money was taken and although promised next day delivery, nothing has arrived.
Two emails to the company requesting information have not received a reply. Other recent reviews seem to confirm my suspicions. I would advise you to avoid this company based on my experience.

ADDENDUM: Following the reply from KallySleep, to this review, I emailed them at the given email address, 4 days ago, with copies of relevant information about my order. I have not had a response. My poor review stands

Product that was bought for my birthday…

Product that was bought for my birthday has misshapen within a week of using. Cannot get in contact with the company through their website or instagram. The pillow is no longer usable. They won’t answer any of my messages but are quite happy to keep emailing myself about their products

Game Changer !

Brilliant, caring company that values its customerss.

I had ordered a pillowcase for an existing neck pain pillow but thought there was a problem with the order when I tried to pay for it . I contacted Kally online and almost by return a customer services rep replied and put my mind at ease by advising that my order had gone through correctly and there was no problem. Whether it be a whole range of Kally products or just one pillowcase, the immediate response from customer services showed just how caring the company is to all queries. My order arrived in due course and I was extremely pleased with it.

Good for supporting side sleeping

This pillow is super comfy and is really supporting me in getting a good night's sleep! I'm 26 weeks pregnant and spent a good amount of time researching what one would be best for me and, not take up the entire bed. The Kally U sleep definitely helps me remain on my side and props my leg up to a comfortable height as well as supporting my head/neck like a normal pillow would.

However, I've rated it 4 stars as at this stage, it doesn't support hugely with my bump as the long sections of the pillow are high. This may change as my bump gets bigger.

Changed my life

Changed my life. I am pregnant and have a slipped disc so have been having issues with sleep. This pillow has made a massive difference - no longer waking up in pain or feeling stiff in the morning. My husband is not a big fan because of the barrier and size but hey, he’s not incubating.

I love this pillow

I love this pillow! After spending a fortune on different pillows that all fell short I've finally found the right one!
Super comfy but not so soft it loses it's shape quickly and being a body pillow it's like getting a hug all night!
