Amazing quality
As soon as I opened the box, I was already amazed of the quality. The more I explored it, the more impressed I was. Then I put my tabla in the case and I knew I found the perfect case for me. Easy to use and very easy to carry, this case has given me a peace of mind for my hobby.

The customer service both on the phone…
The customer service both on the phone and in your store was very good. You were all very helpful. Just one thing. You instructed me to purchase online through PayPal which I did, but then asked for payment again in store at the POS and informed me of the necessary reasons which I understood. However, you may not realize this, PayPal took a full week to reimburse my bank account. I would be an angry customer if I had rent coming out or a car payment due. You might consider finding a better way.

Helpful, knowledgable, good quality at the right price
The Kala Kendar staff where immediately helpful and attentenive (But not overbearing). After I made my order, they checked in with me to review the exact instrument they would ship and make sure everything was right. They shipped to the US and everything arrived in perfect condition. The instruments and hardware are very good quality.

Shruti Box S1 Pro. G to G Octave A432Hz tuning. Very pleased with my Shruti box. Good craftsmanship and the sound is excellent. Shipping to Scotland from Canada took just a week. Customer service at Kala Kendar was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
