Kaizen made the experience a fast intensive but fun learning experience as I have autism they were able to adapt my working style by providing guides on how I should structure and giving constructive criticism where needed. I simply had the best instructor who had experience dealing with autism so knew the best ways to help me achieve the goal. I would not have succeeded without kaizen and it’s superb instructors.

I have been working with Gail Raid on my SVQ since beginning of the year. She guide me so much with patient, passion, encouragement and joy. Gail always gives me positive spirit when I am struggling. She is the most punctual person I have ever met. We actually have on line meeting every week even she is on her holiday. Gail is professional, dedicated, expert assessor. I feel so luck to have her, regarding my previous experience, to help me with my SVQ. As a care worker for years, I am strongly recommend Gail to be your assessor if you interest to do SVQ. Because I would like Gail to be mine again when I do the level 3 in the future.

I recently completed my SVQ 3 and can’t thank my tutor Karen enough!
Karen explained each unit and would go back over anything I was unsure on, Karen was organised which helped massively when I thought I wasn’t going anywhere but she always made me see the light at the end of the tunnel and her on going support and words of encouragement and praises gave me the confidence to push my self and complete the course :) as much as I am happy to be finished I will miss Karen !
