Honestly, this site is extremely weak and has numerous issues. Firstly, no matter how many services you offer, you won't receive any views or orders because they only feature selected services on the main page and in search results for some reason. Additionally, if you try to verify your account to withdraw your earnings, they reject the verification with flimsy excuses, such as the photos being low quality or cropped. The same photos have been used to verify my accounts with major global companies without any issues. Even after changing the photos multiple times, they still weren't accepted. I'm unsure if this is intentional or due to the site's poor quality, but it seems that when you upload photos, the quality decreases. Regardless, I am confident the issue is not on my end, as the same photos were accepted for verification on other sites without problems.

Edit: apparently they also hype ratings and remove unfavorable ratings of their freelancers. I have flagged several issues to them without a solution. Their system keeps crashing continuously. It crashed today while I was writing a complaint to the. Don't know if this is just a coincidence.
Never seen an unprofessional and unorganized company like this. Their system is really weak, it keeps crashing and I lose work several times when I'm using it. Their reps are so rude and unprofessional. They don't seem to get any training, but for sure there is no performance management done for them. Basically, people that are passing their spouses issues to the customer. The freelancers working on the website are also beginners mostly. the company can't keep the good ones obviously. Avoid and use other known websites instead.
