Ordered in February 2025. No order no update no refund !

Ordered my items on the 1st November and still waiting for delivery almost 2 months later, no responses from customer support emails despite attempted contact. Should have read the reviews before placing an order. Smh

Advertised as 3 items in lucky dip bag only 1 item in bag of poor quality. Absolute rip off. Do not waste your money

I Placed an order on the 5th of December for 3 items and paid £15 for delivery and I havnt recived anything yet not even a email. I have emailed them 2 times and no response.
Absolute joke!

I had to contact my bank and ask visa to open a dispute... It'll take 30 days but I should get my money back 🤞.

DO NOT BUY A LUCKY DIP BAG. IT IS A SCAM. My wife bought two bags expecting them to come in separate bags. At a cost of £25 in total, including postage, she received one bag with a hat worth £2 at best, and a pair of joggers that you can buy at Primark cheaper. Absolute poor quality and do not get sucked in just because Katie Price happens to be holding up a spotted bag, which was not spotted on arrival. This is a complete con. Yes, it is a lucky dip, but the company is the part getting lucky!

You should stop rip off people! I wish i would read reviews! For £20 i got ugly bright burgundy hat which did not fit and blue leggings . Most disgusting items from your shop probably. DONT BUY Lucky dip its RIP OFF DIP ! You should close down

Worst thing I have bought online. Decided to get a lucky dip bag as advertised by Katie price. I bought 3 for my daughter as the things Katie showed looked quite nice and it appeared to be 3 items for £10. However, when mine arrived it turned out to be 1 item per lucky dip bag all of which were horrible cheap trousers. I would not even have spent £1 on them they are hideous, short and very poor quality. I would recommend not buying from this company and I would not trust anything Katie Price promotes again. This site is a scam don’t fall for it save your money or give it to charity.

Not as advertised in the video, looks like you receive 3 items but I received one item.
Also the leggings were not as advertised as they were 2 sizes too small, this should not have happened as they asked my size when ordering and it is clear I ticked the right box as it’s on the invoice.
I sent a message to customer services and received an email saying no refunds.
Steer clear of this scammer who uses celebs to Misinform the customer.

Disgusting the way this co are allow to carry on trading have sent lots of emails with no reply clothing is absolutely very poor quality the so called celebs that advertise this should be ashamed you take the money but don't send the orderd

I placed an order that never arrived. The tracking number provided was not traceable on multiple courier sites, which suggests it was not legitimate. I contacted the seller but received no response. As my bank requires 14 days after initial contact before I can file a claim, if the order does not arrive within that timeframe I will proceed with a claim to recover my payment.

I ordered on 15th November. Order is still showing as unfulfilled. I’ve emailed several times and sent messages through Instagram and have received no responses. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Scammers! Do not order from them. Only option I have is to try and get my money back via my bank.

I ordered 2 tracksuits and my bath bombs on the 28th of november and I had been sent incorrect tracking and the parcel hasn't even been sent. They are no responding to emails or Instagram and it is impossible for me to get my money back 😐 i shall not be ordering again and contemplating going to the consumer obusmen to investigate.

If there was a choice of zero stars I’d have opted for that ! Very poor quality good . Brought 2 surprise bags , under the impression would get 3 items per bag got 1 per bag , I have dishcloths with more wow appeal . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 1 of the Katie Price Lucky £10 bags..In the video you see her get out at least 3 items..but on opening not 3 but just 1 item containing a pair of trousers which are not long enough & not big enough..I ordered the size 14. The label states XL No way..False Advertising & so tacky...Don't Buy!!

Ordered a lucky dip bag and a Xmas bag. Arrived today. I have e mailed them so awaiting a response. But the items I received were poor. Sunglasses a bobble hat and 2 pairs of awful trousers . My fault I guess for not reading the reviews before ordering. A complete waste of my money. Even a decent jumper or hoody would have been better ! Don't bother wasting your money !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a £10 lucky bag as advertised by Katie Price. She gave the impression that there would be multiple item’s in the bag. What I received was one pair of puke Green elasticated trousers that weren’t even my size. I am fuming as the parcel took 10 days to arrive and is definitely not as described. I can’t believe I have been so stupid to have fallen for this. The garment is that bad I wouldn’t even wash my car with them. Steer clear, save your money. I’ve emailed them to request a return label but I won’t hold my breath

Katie Price's video on Fb is very misleading - she clearly states you get 3 items in Lucky Dip bag for £10. Ordered two for my daughters. Was sent two items - leggings and a bobble hat! Nit bad quality, but no better than from Shein or Temu. Had "cheap" foreign tags on. Plus paid £5 for delivery - took 10 days to get here. SCAM

Ordered the £10 lucky dip with a well known celebrity advertising her opening with 3 items inside. However please everyone be aware to read on as you will only receive 1 item. This item is not returnable for a refund either. So basically you are paying £15 for delivery of 1 item. Also when arrived it was really poor quality 😕save you money, please don’t buy. Don’t be fooled by all the social media hype, this is scamming people.

Communication is poor. One order disappeared completely. No response to emails, no update. Nothing. Had to open a Paypal dispute and they refunded me for the first order. Wasn't happy as it was for my sisters birthday. Ordered in good time as well. Seem to use 'preorder' as an excuse however any time I have ordered items they have never stated preorder..I've had some lovely clothes previously and delivery can be a bit slow but this last 2 orders were disastrous. The second diapute I've raised I've just been given a tracking number by Paypal. Feel like telling them don't bother!! Not a single reply to any of my emails or apologies either!

Update, its now the 21st December and there is still no sign of the tracksuit. Tracking number 'does not exist' and they have failed to respond to Paypal. You would need to be a gambler to order from them, will you receive it or will you not!

Update - its now the 9th of January and there is still NO parcel and no resolution from Paypal yet either. I continue to receive emails with 'deals' from JYY though like business is usual...unbelievable! At this point I'm contacting trading standards and Martin Lewis as there has to be something that someone can do about this company. Its not right.

I also notice you have not replied to me JYY!! your customer service is worse than poor!
