Taking money not sending product.
Made an order beginning of July, have had no confirmation of my order being sent out for delivery since. I have tried to contact the company several times, via whats app, email and their site and have not had one single response.

Made an order for a single simple cap in mid may, sent it back a few weeks later and had absolutely NO communication from this company at all. I have emailed, and sent various messages but I'm just being ignored £90.00 loss. Stay clear and go elsewhere
The reply below is an absolute lie. I have proof they never kept in contact with me nor replied to numerous emails, I was given no tracking number nor told the grill was sent off.
Again, stay clear; the bad reviews talk for themselves. And a name change? haha that is a red flag!

Consistent with other 1 star reviews next to no customer service, 2 months and still nothing pulled his usual "first set of moulds didn't work ill send another scam", threatened to withhold my order if i didn't remove previous 1 star reviews as well as flagged this very review despite it being true, was told I couldn't get a refund so I put a charge back through with my bank only then did they respond threatening legal action as if they'd have anything to back it up having not provided any actual product, I've also noticed that the owner or his employees creates fake 5 star reviews to balance out his bad reviews one dead giveaway being a review from account under "hendrik" the store owner notice how the 5 star reviews are recently created accounts with no previous product reviews, hendrik is an absolute joke of a man and I am glad to see many other 1 star reviews reflect how useless he is, I have ss proof of everything for whenever he tries to claim what I said was false as he does with every other 1 star review order 1191

I ordered full set of grillz for £955 on the 30th of may and I still havent received them as well as trying to get extra money out of me!
Was told I need to redo a mould kit because apparently I didn't do it right however they said it was lost in the post and would take 11 days with royal mail so i ordered my own off amazon, completed and sent it, now after 4 weeks of them receiving my second mould kit, i still havent received it and now theyre ignoring me. was told it would be this coming monday i will receive them. The last communication was about a week and a half ago when they said that they will look better if i have 8 on 8 instead of 6 on 6 for an additional £85. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I have severe mental health issues and their dishonesty, lies and lack of communication has had a massive impact and may sound dramatic but im actually suffering in regards to it.
Ohh yeah I also asked for a refund a couple of months ago when their responses were giving scam vibes and was refused. I think everyone on here should get together and report them so it doesnt happen to anyone else and hopefully get our money back! DISGUSTING and EMBARRASSING as grown men!
I have messages, screenshots and pictures ect to prove this is a genuine review and that im still waiting for my grillz that clearly aren't coming!
Ohh another thing when tracking order on their site it says my order has been fulfilled with a delivery the very following day of purchase, which was the mould kit so this is how they seem to be scamming vulnerable people!

I ordered grillz worth £114 on 3rd June 2025 and was told they’d arrive by 15th July. Instead, they claimed my dental impression was bad and asked me to reorder a kit, which I did the same day (19th June). That meant the latest I should’ve received my grillz was 31st July.
It’s now 21st August and I’ve received nothing.
• The website no longer works and just redirects to Instagram (where you can’t even message them).
• They replied to my emails only twice, never giving a delivery date.
• No tracking number was ever provided.
At this point, I’m filing a chargeback with my bank. This feels like a scam — avoid at all costs.

Sooo… I ordered on 30th of may and then I messed up my mold so I sent a new one back on the 4th of June. After multiple tries to reach out on email it worked then the replies kept getting slower so I used the chat box it was decent at first I was wondering why they’re not here yet so I was askin them a few questions. I then put up a bad review!!Fast forward I got referred to the manager HUGO I got sent his number I first spoke to him about 2 week ago now he said they’d made a mistake w my order number or something!!! He then said take the bad review down then we will send ur order this week (this was last week) he hasn’t replied since and has silenced my messages and also JXGRILLZ aren’t taking any more orders. I have solid proof of them sayin they ain’t sent my order yet and I have proof of order so before I get a s*** reply sayin ohh this is a fake review it’s really not at this point I’m angry and dissapointed majorly I’d rather have my money back!!!!!!!!!!
Awareness – do not order from this company
I ordered grills worth £110. The website promises delivery in 4–6 weeks. It’s now been over 7 weeks and I’ve had no product, no updates, and no replies to my messages.
After looking into it, I’ve seen countless reviews saying the same thing: money taken, no delivery, customers ignored. It seems they might only provide locally, if at all, and everyone else just gets strung along.
They’ve even been threatening people with “debt collectors” if you do a chargeback. Please don’t fall for this. Legally they cannot send debt collectors when no goods have been provided. A debt only exists if you actually owe money – in this case, it’s the opposite, they owe the customer.
I’m now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
Please don’t trust this company. They are scamming people and causing stress for customers who just wanted what they paid for.

not received order as of yet
I placed an order on 7th June 2025 (Order #1284) and sent my impressions shortly after. It has now been over 2 months and I still haven’t received my order.
I have chased them repeatedly via WhatsApp (4th, 6th, 8th, 10th August), email, and their online chat box, yet responses have been very poor, unhelpful, or completely ignored. Despite promising customer service, I still haven’t been given a confirmed dispatch date.
On 8th August, I sent a detailed complaint highlighting my frustration and requesting either a clear update or a refund within 24 hours. This was ignored. I have since followed up multiple times (10th August onwards) and even asked how to raise a formal complaint, but again – no reply.
It’s unacceptable that after paying in full and waiting over two months, I’ve received no product, no proper communication, and no resolution. Very disappointing service

Very unethical
Removed my review ?? Before buying from this company please check scam advisor and other 1 star reviews (also all google reviews have been removed, they claim this I due to rebranding in 2024 around Christmas time but my review was left in July 2025?). This company is not to be trusted. They say up to 6 weeks, but in there polices it states up to 4 weeks… on the site chat they said fast turn around, and I’ve never received nothing. Please proceed with caution.
Update: they also asked me to remove my google reviews due to it being “inaccurate and violates their terms”, they refused to make my order until I removed my review. Ontop of that when they send the mould for the grillz they claim they have sent the final product in the receipt. I have photos of all of this. Would also like to mention that’s they made threats of debt collection and made claims they are going to affect my credit score. Like I said I have all evidence of this. I wish photos were allowed to be added to this review
Less than ideal customer service
Policy says up to 4weeks for final product although on the chat I was told 1/2weeks, after I made the order I was sent a receipt through my email saying that the product had been sent, after sending back my mouth mould I have not received any updates and have had 0 communications. Proceed with extreme caution, as I still have no final product and I have had 0 updates since. Not to mention all reviews on google have been removed and on scam advisor they only have 30%, lesson learnt. Now I’m going to have to have got through my bank service to try and get a refund. As It’s clear I’m not the only one who is experiencing this

the 1* reviews are real, he knows who i am and why im putting this bad review on. it’s been 9 weeks 3 days (i ordered 30th of may. he told me 2 weeks-6 weeks) i didn't mind if he sent it on the 6th week. jx grillz was meant to do it before my birthday, it was a crazy turnaround so i understood and he even refunded the fast track i paid for which was nice that he was honest but he won’t refund the grillz since it’s been 9 weeks. he’s very disingenuous and im kinda disappointed. i’m in the process of going to small claims court with all the evidence. i’ve been told to wait for the product to arrive (if it even does) and sue him if it isn’t the 940 silver he claims it is. just refund bro. 9 weeks is crazy and i’ve been told next week multiple times, i shall make another review if it even arrives on thursday (alleged next week) new update: it’s been 12 weeks (he said he would refund after that and we shall see) i’ve had a friend get ready to start a small claim at court and also get his “business” investigated. even if it cost me more than the grillz (£800) update i got my money back, not through this scumbag comapny but i got a chargeback and now im happy. (notice how there’s no 2,3,4 star reviews. isn’t something abit fishy about this brand?)

Removed Google Reviews ? Big loss for me ££
Please tell me why I can no longer see your google reviews ? I've made this account just to repost my review. In January November, after sending my mould kit back, i waited a few weeks (as it says it can take up to 6weeks for final product in the fine print) and i nor heard or received anything. Communication was out of the question, no responses to my emails and never answers the phone. After reading the reviews on trust pilot I've come to the conclusion that this is a loss and possibly a scam. Not to mention they have removed the google reviews ? Something to hide by looks of things and after looking on other review sites I'm almost convinced this is a scam. 0 stars. completely gutted and disappointed.

Shocking service
Been waiting for my 3 tooth silver grillz since 28th april....messaged them multiple times....with zero response....even asked for a refund ...no reply....had to buy elsewhere (k9grillz)...they got them made and back to me within a week....really dissapointed with jxgrillz...il be claiming the money back from the bank

Edited after reply.....i have screenshots ...all evidence....i have messaged multiple times...to which you may of replied twice telling me you would get back to me....which you never did....again i have every piece of evidence to back my case....i still haven't recieved my grillz order #1051 to which you told me i had to remould and buy another mould kit...which i sent back also order number #1125....ive been waiting over 10 weeks....its simple you have taken my money with no product to show for it...your poor service is the only thing damaging your company name...I've given you plenty of chances to reply and even deal with this before writing this bad review....whatsapp messages ...text messages...and even email....id like a refund or the product I've paid for.....you can say im lying....I've messaged around 14 times to your 2 replies...also emailed you....the only right way to handle this accordingly is to give me what i paid for...
