Three star service I have been waiting for a long time

recently had my iwc aquatimer serviced. the quality of customer service is tremendous and the standard of care is excellent. i have no problem recommending JV Watchmakers top class 👍

Found professional and informative but still felt dealing with a person who cared and helped through the process and always helpful in answering questions.

Excellent service from start to finish ,it's the first time we've ever used anybody we didn't know personally but how personal and professional were the whole team ,all questions were answered ,all the team very knowledgeable ,will definitely use them again ,like a brand new ( it's 40 years old ) watch when it came bk .

I came across Jon Vincent watches on the internet. I was initially very nervous about sending my watch to them but the whole experience has been first class from the secure courier pick up, excellent communication throughout to the final return of my time piece. All at a very sensible price. I can highly recommend them.

On searching the internet, I came across your company and read your reviews and was very impressed with them.
On receiving my Rolex back after the repair, I could not believe what you had done the Rolex looks better than new time keeping is perfect.
In conclusion thank you so much for the repair I will certainly recommend your company to my colleges should the need arise.

First time I have visited this watchmaker. I took my watch in to have a new battery fitted. Katie served me and I found her to be very knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant. I returned two days later to collect my watch, apart from a new battery being fitted a full diagnostic check had also been carried out which I was very happy about. I am pleased to say my watch has been restored to its former working glory. Thank you to everyone involved.

Recently had my old Rolex submariner restored by jv watchmaker as it had suffered water ingress and was in a sorry state. I have recieved watch back earlier than expected and in outstanding condition. Superb service from start to finish i highly recommend jv top class service. 😁

I was having difficulty in finding an authorised Omega repairer to repair and service my Seamaster, some of the quotes I received were just in the realms of rediculous, JON offered a fair price and an excellent service.
Its sometime the little things that matter, they send out an excellent and safe package for you to send your watch to them, they return it in a branded Omega shock proof case with all he old parts that have been replaced returned. That coupled with the excelent service, communication and a fair price, I would recommend them.

I couldn't find a watch repairer able or willing to take this one on.

They shepherded it to Switzerland and back.

It was unfixable - but such is life.

All at 'no charge'

So, should I have a quality watch needing service or repair in the future, JV will be my first port-of-call.

I Recently had my Omega Speedmaster co-axial Chronometer watch serviced by Jon Vincent and his team.
After a few days of having the watch, Jon sent me the diagnostic report on what was needed with my watch and then I gave him the go ahead to service my watch.
A couple of months later my watch was returned safe and sound to me and I opened it with excitement and wonder and I was not disappointed with the work carried out.
Every aspect of the watch had been dismantled, cleaned, lubricated and timed to a very high standard indeed. Even a small polythene bag was sent back to me with all the parts inside it that had been replaced during my watches service, which I found was a nice touch.
I would highly recommend Jon Vincent and his team to anyone who has a problem with their cherished possession, whether for repair or service. I was extremely happy with my watch service and it now keeps better time than it did before!

Great service! Got my watch serviced and back to me before Christmas which I was not expecting! It looked like brand new! Would 100% recommend.
