JV Academy has been absolutely fantastic in every way. Spending time with John Viola and his team has quickly shown me just how professional, knowledgeable, and committed they are to teaching the next generation of agents in the best way possible.
I am now even more excited to take my next steps and look forward to continuing my journey with JVA.

My experience with John Viola and the John Viola Academy has been absolutely brilliant. John is a world class teacher and story teller with an incredible team supporting his mission to educate the next generation of top agents. John has not only educated and encouraged me, but he also sees something inside me that at times I'm not sure I see in myself. And it is all completely genuine. Having just returned from a week long masterclass, I feel more confident, competent and capable than I ever though possible, not just because of what John taught me about being an agent, but also how he makes me and my family from part of his. If you want to be an agent and don't know where to start, you'd be a fool not to start or continue your journey with John Viola.

I went to The Soccer Agent Blueprint – A John Viola Academy Masterclass in Nassau (Jan 20–23, 2026) with motivation, but I left with something better: clarity and direction.

The masterclass stayed focused on what actually matters to build a real career in the industry. The professional standards, the long-term approach, and the realities people don’t talk about openly. The conversations around regulation, preparation, and career strategy were especially valuable, and the level of engagement in the room made it an intense (in a good way) four days.

What I appreciated most was how actionable it felt, not just theory, but actionable “this is how it works in the business,” with a clear emphasis on doing things the right way and protecting players’ long-term interests. I also left with a stronger sense of what to prioritize immediately as I build as an agent.

Highly recommended for anyone serious about becoming a football/soccer agent and wanting an honest, professional blueprint to follow.

I am nine months into the mentorship programme and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. I passed the difficult agent exam first time due to the tremendous resources and support provided by the JVA and signed my first player shortly afterwards. I am now working with international players in the top echelons of the game.

Working with the JVA has given me legitimacy in the business, opening doors that would usually be closed to a new agent. Despite being new to the business, I already have a global network that would be the envy of many experienced agents. Sporting Directors of Premier League, La Liga and other major clubs throughout the world of football will answer my phone calls and discuss players I may have available for transfer. This is 100% due to my work with John and the JVA.

What seemed like a pipedream less than a year ago is now a day to day reality. It feels like working with John has given me a ten year head start in the game. I would heartily recommend John and the brilliant JVA team to anyone interested in making their dreams of working in the game into a reality.

I've recently joined the JV Academy to help me pass my FIFA Licensed Intermediary exam and become a fully fledged Intermediary/Agent.
The learning modules are VERY informative and set up so you can go at your own pace, and really helpful at giving an insight into what needs to be done to be successful even after passing your exam.

The course was highly informative and provided an excellent foundation for understanding the roles of a football agent. I would recommend it to anyone looking to enter the industry. The support throughout the course was exceptional, and I had the pleasure of having a one-on-one conversation with John Viola, who was very helpful in advising me on my future steps in this career.

Really good course, they broke it down into bite size chunks and explained everything in detail to assist with getting my FIFA agent licensed, would recommend to anybody considering doing the course. The guys couldn’t do enough with calling, messaging an checking to see how everything went for me.

I initially reached out to enquire about the John Viola Agent Course purely out of interest and to gather more information. John came across as a pleasant and enthusiastic individual during our conversation.

However, I felt that the approach quickly shifted into a hard sales pitch. Despite making it clear that I was only enquiring, I was encouraged quite strongly to commit to a course costing over £10,000. What concerned me most was the lack of follow-up information—no emails or written details were sent for me to properly review or consider.

I find it unreasonable to expect someone to make such a significant financial commitment based solely on a phone call, especially when the course is not affiliated with a registered university or any formal accreditation.

Best of luck with the course in the future, but I would suggest easing off the high-pressure sales tactics. Giving people time and space to consider such an important career decision would go a long way in building trust and credibility.

I took the JVA Football Agent Pro Course and the FIFA Agents Exam Course earlier this year and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-structured, insightful, and motivating.

The content is top-notch — packed with practical, real-world strategies that are easy to follow and apply. It’s clear that a huge amount of care and expertise went into developing each module. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, you'll find immense value here.

John himself is an outstanding character — knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in his students’ success. What really sets the Academy apart is the supportive and responsive team behind him. Any time I had a question or needed guidance, someone was there to help.

Overall, I feel much more confident and capable thanks to what I’ve learned. If you’re considering taking the leap with JV Academy, don’t hesitate — it’s absolutely worth it.

Top advice and top guys I would definitely recommend.

Joined the JV Academy to get support and guidance on passing the FIFA Agent exam. The sessions helped me greatly and I achieved my goal of obtaining my license. Since then I have been to various JV networking events in London and have worked with John on a player looking to go to the MLS. I’m still working with John at the moment, still learning and still working on deals. A great experience.

I would like to thank John Viola and his staff (Andy McIvor, Johnny, Nathan Chambers) alongside the rest for helping me pass the exam and start this exciting journey!!

My experience with John and his team at John Viola Academy was fantastic. After speaking with John and his team I knew they would offer the support you need to pass the Fifa exam as well as the support there after.
The online practice exam questions and face to face support were a massive part of me successfully passing the exam and becoming a licensed football agent in July 2025.

Successful passed the FIFA agent exam now it would not of been possible without using the John Viola Academy. The main reason I would recommend using the academy is the expertise they bring to the table. If you want to be a football agent then use John Viola Academy and they will bring you a step closer to your dreams if you are serious about becoming an agent.

Without the help of JV academy I would not pass my exam. Thanks to John and Andy they have been fantastic and now I have passed.

First and foremost John and the team are great guys. That’s important when investing your time and money. Without them and the course I know I would never have passed the FIFA exam. The scouting courses were absolutely top drawer. I would highly recommend signing up if you are serious about becoming a football agent.

As a former professional footballer and now a lawyer, at the start of this year I carefully looked at the market place to ensure I chose the best company to help me take the step to becoming a football agent.
