This company is awful. Set up a dark supermarket in a residential area and regularly dump waste, crates, delivery boxes on the street. Not to mention the delivery vans trying to drive down a narrow me... Mehr ansehen

They delivered the wrong bag, and said someone else would deliver the correct one soon. I waited an hour and a half, and then tried to contact customer service. They didn’t answer for half an hour, and then cancelled the order charging me a cancellation fee - when it was their mistake. Worst customer service, and charged me money for their error. I will not be using this app again.
This was the last time I ordered from Zapp. They lie about delivery time, every time. It’s frustrating if you order milk for your kid but have to wait sooo long that it cries itself to sleep hungry :(
Terrible service! Avoid this. Been a customer for a while but now definitely going to leave this. Dodgy delivery guy threw my order on the hallway and ran away. I had to clean up the mess as well I was left with the damaged items with no refund. I’m truly disappointed on this Zapp and will not order again. Going to share the pictures online about the horrible mess and disgusting service. Please avoid!
I was a loyal customer since the very beginning. They started great, deliveries were always early and service was spot on, items in perfect condition. Fast forward few months and now their service is just awful, ETA 20 mins. and my delivery comes after 1:30 hrs?? Items missing, sometimes packaging is unsealed and fresh products (fruit, vegetables) are mouldy. I have found myself asking for more and more refunds for items lately than ever. When i contact their support they just tell me the delivery is on its way or that they are processing it. Really bad customer service and care for those who have made this company what it is now. Trust me, check out some other services, there is plenty out there, this one is definitely not worth it anymore.
Ill start by saying i was a very loyal Zapp user and had been since the very beginning. I was one of the first customers and sang their praises to anyone who would listen.then all of a sudden, a few mknths ago the service started slipping. It went from amazong to a nightmare seemingly over night! I started using competitors because every delivery became an ordeal. Tonight was the final straw. The only reason i was even using Zapp again was because the competitors dont operate late at night unfortunately. Anyway i ordered a few things including two disposable vape pens. When the driver arrived he did not come up to my second floor flat, just got buzzed into the building and left the bag at the bottom of the stairs! What???? Anyway, when i went down to collect it I quickly realised the two vapes were not included. I immediately got on the app and was connected to their HORRIBLE chat bot service. When I was finally transfered to a real "chat agent" which took 15 mins, this just added insult to injury.. I told them the order was missing items and explained what had happened. Instead of looking into my issue and replacing the missing item, the chat person told me that the driver told them he did deliver the item and even asked me for an ID for proof of age so this proved that all items had been delivered! This was obviously a straight up LIE. The driver never asked me for an ID, he never even delivered anything to my door! I never even SAW the driver!! So now we have a lying driver who may or may have not stolen the vapes, a lazy driver who won't deliver door to door which is part of the Zapp promise, I am out of the money I spent on the items and I don't have my missing items...which was the primary reason for placing the order in the first place. And a "Chat Agent" who literally could not care less about my issue and stopped responding to my messages. Surely this is not customer service?? So who exactly do I contact about my missing order items if the drivers are liars and the chat attendees seriously don't care about the customer or their job? There is just no accountability or sense of customer service at any point in the pipeline. Rest assured I will only be using Gorilla from now on. Avoid this platform at all costs!
Love Zapp and was using it alot, now suddenly they are not delivering to my area???
Yeh, me again. Same thing happened again and again. Says within 20mins but didn’t arrive till an hour later
Producten vergeten. Dan vergoeden ze dit wel en geven ze 2 euro extra, maar je betaald opnieuw 3 euro verzendkosten en 4 euro nacht tax om die producten te bestellen. Uiteindelijk verlies je dus 5 euro door hun fout. Daarnaast zag ik later dat ze nog een product vergeten waren, maar xit vergoeden ze niet omdat je dit te laat ziet. Belachelijke service voor een bedrijf dat ook in korte tijd belachelijk veel duurder is geworden, terwijl de service eerst heel goed was.
Late deliveries. 2.5h+ and very little help or info
I ordered for the second time on this app today, I was missing an item AGAIN, I contacted customer service about it and they were very unhelpful. Honestly just don’t bother with this service. They purposely leave missing items in your bag, so they’ll be forced to “refund” the money, but in the Zapp credits, so you’ll be forced to buy AGAIN from the app. I asked the guy on customer service to put the money in my bank account, now he says it’ll take 5-10 days to arrive. This is legit such a bad service, never buying again or recommending it to anybody
The drivers are always extremely nice, polite and clean.
The other day one item was missing and, after contacting the customer service, they immediately refunded me for the missing item.
Even though the product offer or more limited than on other platforms, I still pretty much only use zapp whenever I need groceries delivered.
I’ve had a very bad experience using Zapp.
1. The item was marked as in stock but then got an email saying it wasn’t
2. Tracker does not work so I couldn’t see how far the driver was
3. Waited about 25 mins before the driver called
3. Driver called me once and said he’s outside but wasn’t there
4. It has been almost an hour and I still have not received the order.
Om 3.00 ‘s nachts aanbellen bij het verkeerde adres. Ik schrok me te pletter! De eerste keer aanbellen heb ik laten gaan, waarschijnlijk dronken lui dacht ik. Daarna werd er nog twee keer aangebeld, dus ik maar open gedaan en bleek de bezorger verkeerd te staan. Om 3.00 ‘s nachts kan je echt niet bij het verkeerde adres aanbellen. Ontzettend slordig! Leuk dat mensen 24/7 boodschappen kunnen bestellen, maar maak er niet andermans probleem van.

Extremely bad service.
I was one of the first regular customers of Zapp delivery. I remember when I met two representatives on the street they advertised Zaap delivery and also I took a gift from them. I checked my address but the first time they didn't deliver in my area but after a little time they started to deliver.
WHAT HAPPENED. Long time around 4-5 months I very often did delivery with Zapp but suddenly they just stopped.
Made an impression on me that they had and still have many advertisers anywhere, why?
I'll never be again your customer.
I think I'm not alone in that.

Awful. Not the driver, it wasn’t his fault. But the customer service and the system they use is absolutely awful! Took my rider to the wrong place twice!! Even with the address clearly stated, apparently Zapp is the only “convenience” delivery service that has the worst Sat Navs in the world. Sending the poor rider to a place that literally does not exist, when my home is just down the road. I had to scream at the top of my lungs at 3:30 am just to get his attention so he could come the right way. I’m now waiting 10 days for a refund that is YOUR doing, nobody was there to pick up my call, your bot was dismissive and rude. Honestly, your riders are better off elsewhere like Gopuff where customer care and rider care is a priority. Sincerely, F you.

19.4.22 & 20.4.22 fraudulent transactions by this company. Today HSBC stopped another transection at 5.14am and sent me fraudulent notification then only I checked my account. I found that two more transections money on 19.4.22 & 20.4.22 have already gone out of my account. Now bank will investigate.
This seems like a Fraudulent company or probably poor online security for customers or corrupt staff or their friends etc.

Zapp delivery driver has entered the estate through the Exit, old lady has asked him next time to use the entrance. Driver went mad! Called her old B**c* and said shut up. Driving on the pavement and not following the road rules.
