This company is awful. Set up a dark supermarket in a residential area and regularly dump waste, crates, delivery boxes on the street. Not to mention the delivery vans trying to drive down a narrow me... Mehr ansehen

Never turned up what a waste of money
You have taken my money, and not delivered the item!
SCAMMERS. I’ve spent just little bit over 80£ for my order and I haven’t received the most valuable items… I received the equivalent of £6.53. I’ve contacted customer service several times but it seems like they are having a laugh and they not going to refund me for the missing items. I’ve reported this to the police. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING.
Really angry first time ordering I made an order through the app when the driver came near by he could not find my address then went back to his house!

Trying to rate a business whos sole USP is to delivery basic groceries fast, yet this is exactly what they cannot do, makes it a complete moral conundrum. I’ve now tried this service 4 times and have cancelled 3/4 order due to delays more than twice the advertised delivery speed. No wonder they have removed the option to cancel directly in app! What a joke.
Scam prices! Ridiculous, everything is simply 50% to 100% more expensive vs average prices in normal shops ...
A uber eats driver incorrectly delivered a zapp order to our property.
We were expecting a seperate Chinese order at this time so presumed this was our order when they knocked.
My 10 year old daughter opened the front door and handed the driver £30 which was ment to be for the Chinese delivery.
Once we opened the bag it was marked Zapp and contained oranges and pears, not the chinese we were expecting.
We immediately contacted Zap who we thought the order was from, to inform them that their driver had taken £30 from our 10 year old daughter.
They advised it was actually delivered via uber eats and we need to contact them directly.
This is were my frustration has turned to serious anger.
I've filled a police report and they advised to send this report/reference to Uber eats directly.
The problem is it is impossible to get hold of any one as the issue is not to do with my own account.
I've tried twitter, messages, phone calls..
Nothing works and they have now replied via message for the second time saying they can't help as the complaint needs to be from the account that ordered the food. How can I possibly know this information. If the order was incorrectly delivered to my address.
They keep sending messages to rate my experience as though the issue has been resolved.
Far from it and I will not rest until they take responsibility for there drivers behaviour.
How can someone just take £30 from a 10 year-old and how can a company as big as uber eats refuse to even acknowledge or investigate what has happened.
Zapp also need to take accountability for this also as it was there order and I have no idea why uber eats are delivering there orders as the have there own couriers.

Do not use! Took money off card but never delivered. Have had to have the transaction cancelled with my bank as no response from their WebChat.
I ordered 10 items and only got 2.
They say they delivered everything.
I ended up paying 50 pounds for 2 waters and a Coke Zero.
UNBELIEVABLE. Avoid at all cost. They are useless and dishonest
Tonight I ordered £7.20 worth of items and was charged over £10 in fees. Used them before and always found them a bit expensive but they’ve gone too far now.
Always slow to deliver too.

Zapp is a proper robbery business. Stay away.
Failed to Deliver/ stole £80 worth of goods and refused to acknowledge despite having evidence. When reaching out to customer services straight after, they failed to get back to me and took 2 days to acknowledge a complaint.. appalling service. DO NOT USE.
It was good to begin with and can be useful. Just be aware that if your items don’t get delivered, you’ll be given credit for the undelivered items that expires in four weeks. So you can end up paying for items you never received if you don’t use the credit quickly enough. Poor business practice imo.

When i had clearly stated a thousand times that the order had missing items

Do not trust this company. I didn’t receive more then 90% of my ordered items, not only this but they are not even apologetic or proactive in resolving this. It’s a scam. Do not bother with this app.
Made a large order that was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes - arrived more than an hour later with the vast majority of the items missing. Raised a complaint and they said they won't refund me after they 'looked into it'. Very puzzled as to how they 'looked into it' - the drivers usually take pictures of the bags once they deliver them, so either the drivers did not do that, or the customer support team frankly did not look at the pictures at all!
I'm leaving 1.2 miles away and they saying they cannot deliver in my area. The most shiiiiiit company .never use them again
As first time users this is the worst experience ever.
Placed an order at 3:59am, waited 10 Min past the ETA before contacting the customer service, the bot wasn't really helpful to the point the zapp app decided to direct me to an agent which never got in touch. I had to walk to the nearest store about 20min walk at 5:15am.
Pretty sure to not being using zapp anytime soon, neither able to suggest the use of the app to anyone.
