Terrible wine seller
Purchased a dozen of "mystery sparkling white" moonlight something..BAD IDEA..
They were FLAT, ORANGE COLORED, BURNT TASTING VINEGARY..undrinkable!! Ive bought mystery wines from grays but never any issue, so didnt think there was going to be an issue.
I suspect most of their positive reviews are fakes, as I was unable to bring up more reviews on them except a small handful, which were mostly good. NOW, despite purchasing through paypal, still trying to get a refund..waiting for them to call & organise the pickup, so many lies and the numbers dont work for me, even before I called to complain, it blocked me. I really think they knew this wine was no good.
DONT buy from these pple, they have no idea how to store wine, and should stick to the delivery business, though thats not much chop either..

If there was less than one star I would choose it.

I did use this service once or twice years ago. The wine was not to my satisfaction yet Christian from ‘Just Wines’ continued to call me. Eventually I asked him to stop as it was monthly and I knew I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. He continued to call and I became firm and blocked him. Then he rung from many different numbers and I blasted him saying “I will report you.”
He just called from yet another number this afternoon.
I am not sure where to go from here as I need to answer unrecognised mobile numbers as I have a business.

This is full blown harassment. Who would ever purchase from such a place. He appears to be running the business on his own, maybe from another country.

Mystery pack = amazing surprise! Great value and fun to open. Will definitely order again.

I did not receive what I ordered.
Just wines were great in response and 'reissued' the correct wine. Unfortunately Aramax have not delivered and my 'case' is now closed...
Be careful using this delivery company as they make it hard to contact

Horrific customer service. Offer options to buy premium wines which they cannot procure. Months of phone calls to get my money back and my membership cancelled.

I placed and order for a Japanese Whisky online and it was the last one. Order accepted and received payment instructions and paid for it straightaway and in few minutes my order was cancelled saying zero stock. It it was zero stock how I could place the order and paid for it. Also their 15$ postage becomes 20$ at checkout. This the first and last buy from them! Not a happy camper!

The company has gone down hill in the last few months with a poor customer service once they lost Chris from the sales team who had a great knowledge of wine and an amazing connection with customers. Now the service is poor I tried to buy 7 different red wines at a great price that they were advertising online only to find that all were out of stock.trying to entice you into a more expensive wine.a very typical sales gimmick.i used to spend alot of money with this company but never again....better deals with laithwaits .naked wines .and virgin wines..

Great value wines and great after sales service.... they stand by their product.... and their customers.

Just had another email from justwinesonline.com, despite trying to unsubscribe several times, and thought I'd put a festive reminder out for people to avoid this site.They are scammers, you will lose your money.

Pushy salesforce selling expensive average to poor quality wine. Last few specials were undrinkable. One special had turned to a vinegar taste. The100% guarantee is not quite what it seems.

There are much better wine services out there.

i have been buying this company's wine through ''E BAY'' . they promise delivery within 2 to 3 days, but this never happens because they dispatch my orders with AMAREX, who take the orders from wetherill park to wollongong, leave them there for a week or so before delivery to picton, the company is very ignorant to its customers and their requests, its just NOT worth the stress and hassal they cause, i recieve orders from South Australia faster. i will no longer do business with this hopeless company

Keep getting harassing phonecalls. They ring night and day, I keep blocking the number and they ring on a different number and this week had an email asking me to activate an account with them even though obviously I never signed up for anything. Reported as spam. I never even bought anything off them and have no idea how they got my details. STAY AWAY

Joined the JW Crew (which is a $30 monthly debit), ordered a case of my favourite organic wine. Received the case about a week later, opened first bottle (Cab Sauv) and it was fizzy… thought that was odd… opened second bottle, it was fizzy and sour. Obviously the batch has gone off. Contacted customer service 4days ago, to ask about the refund process. Have had nothing back. Called the hotline, it kept me on hold until it went to message bank and then hung up. Called again, left my number for them to call me back. Nothing. Have “raised a ticket” via their website. Nothing. Have now blocked their debits via Credit Card and cancelled their Pay Pal agreement. Still nothing. Complete lack of customer service. Crappy wine. Do not waste your money. Will go to consumer affairs if I don’t hear from them by tomorrow. Have family in media, so will go there too.

UPDATE: Since posting this, and another review, their customer service team has called me 7 times, and emailed me 6times to ask me to take down the reviews. I asked for a refund on the bad wine, they said, “we will refund your JW account. I said, “no, I would like my money back please, and I want you to cancel my account.” She said, “we will out full refund back into your JW account and encourage you to give us another chance.”

I insisted on the refund, and asked her again to refund the latest $30 debit and cancel my account. She finally agreed to refund the $132. I saw $120 come in, but was still waiting on the last $12, but she rang and emailed me again yesterday. I said, “once the full refund goes in, I will change the review.”

The full refund has gone in now, and I have changed the review. Everything that I have typed is true, and I would still not recommend to do business with this company. I don’t think that customers having to resort to threats exhibits decent customer service.

coupons dont work. Tried all 3 with the $ amounts stated. felt like false advertising. unsubscribed from them and went to first choice liquor who had equally good wine but cheaper. worked out well.

Have been harassed by one salesman driving me crazy. Sent some garbage stale wines recently. Return one carton. Promised me the world. Rang me again with this amazing offer. Agreed. Then checked price. Locked my credit card. Unlocked my card yesterday and of course he pounced and dudded me. If you want average wine and to be driven mad. Go to just wines. This guy will scam you!

I’ve been so polite explaining I don’t drink any more and can they please take my number down and stop calling,

Very pushy sales people. I purchased some wine which wasn't great quality and then 12 months later they keep calling me. Told the man I don't drink anymore and they keep badgering me as to why I don't drink and is it for health reasons. After the second call I bluntly told him it's none of his business other than to respect my wish not to drink. They then start saying is there anyone else in your family or friends you could buy for.

Fortunately for me it's just a choice not to drink at the moment but if you had serious alcoholism dependency issues then this company would be very dangerous.

Sales staff need training to back off when someone says it's not for them.

Heard about CRU recently. Skeptical to start with but have finally understood that even 2 orders a year are enough for me to get good value out of CRU.
