Had a 10:30 appointment to have two new tyres fitted but when I turned up I was told they had been overbooked and I’ve have to wait a bit. Nice enough waiting room and staff apologetic re the delay. Had to wait no more than 30 mins and job then done quickly and trouble free. Highly competitive price for the two Michelin tyres I needed. Special mention for the young chap (sorry I didn’t get his name) who fitted my tyres who had a particularly good customer manner.

I ordered a tyre online and booked an appointment. My wife arrived for the appointment and was told that the tyre I had ordered wasnt to be used on a Tesla, even though the website says EV compatible. What is a Tesla if not an EV?

She was then told that the tyre size I had ordered was the wrong size and Tesla’s don’t use that size. They do because I read it on the tyre. It has 2 the same size on the rear.

She asked what tyre they would recommend to which she was told, well any Tesla compatible tyre. Not once was there an offer of help with ordering the correct tyre. Was described to me as patronising attitude and my wife felt very uncomfortable.

She told them to refund the money I paid and we would sort it elsewhere. It took me to email customer service to ask me for my refund and a helpful guy called me and offered to order the correct tyre. (This was customer service). I explained that I had sorted the tyre elsewhere and he processed the refund.

Seems in my opinion some staff training is required and the website needs to be clear. If a tyre says EV compatible and I have an EV. Naturally I would order this one. If it can’t be used on a Tesla. Explain this!

I booked Tyre Rotation and Pro Alignment with Just Tyres (Booking Reference: 135271).
While the tyres were physically rotated, I queried how the TPMS positions were corrected, as my car displays individual tyre pressures. I was told this was reprogrammed without removing the tyres, which may be possible, but no confirmation or evidence was provided.
My main concern is the Pro Alignment service. At no point did I observe any alignment equipment being fitted to the vehicle (no sensors, cameras, or four-wheel alignment rig). When I asked staff, I was simply told that the alignment had already been done. I was not provided with any before/after alignment report or measurement data.
This is concerning because Just Tyres’ own website states that Pro Alignment involves checking the rear axle and adjusting the front to balance it, which would normally require a proper four-wheel alignment system and documented measurements.
I contacted Just Tyres via their website to ask for clarification and evidence of the work carried out, but received no response at all.
Based on this experience, I have no confidence that the Pro Alignment service I paid for was actually carried out as described. Poor transparency and disappointing customer service.

After posting my initial review, I received a follow-up call from the branch regarding my concerns about the Pro Alignment service. I returned today at 5pm and they re-did the alignment free of charge.

The manager took time to explain their process clearly. They confirmed that their Pro Alignment does not use a laser or camera-based 4-wheel alignment system, and therefore no printed report is produced. Instead, they use mechanical tools and visual measurement methods. This also explains why the work appears to be completed very quickly, which I understand has led other customers (not just myself) to feel unsure whether the alignment was actually done.

I appreciate the transparency during this follow-up visit and the fact that they took responsibility to re-check everything without hesitation. So far, the staff have been professional and responsible in addressing my concerns.

I believe much of the misunderstanding could be avoided if the Just Tyres website clearly stated that Pro Alignment is not a laser-based 4-wheel alignment and does not come with a report. Updating this information would help manage customer expectations and reduce confusion.

Based on how the issue was handled and resolved, I am happy to update my rating to 4 stars.

Easy to book and find your tires, good price and professional peoples at the garage that you can find always close to your home as they are nationwide, definitely I will use again.

I ordered my tyre on line and was delivered to your Woodley depot. The tyre was fixed and I kindly asked your colleague Brandon to check my other tyres. He pumped the ones that needed to be inflated. I must say that this is excellent customer service and care. I will definitely use your services again.

Able to choose booking time on-line, and my chosen tyre was in stock. The work was done on time and the work completed in pretty short order. £5 discount also helped.
