Justiz is a serious misnomer
From my experience as a claimant in Schwechat District court, Austria has an administration of civil cases that would be an embarrassment to a third world country. The lady who took charge of my papers and case simply did not know what she was doing. Seeking only an execution of a warrant for a judgement obtained elsewhere, I was a year later faced with a 4 figures costs bill and feeling like the victim of a highway robbery. I had to obtain enforcement in another country where the defendant had operations. Administrative incompetence and the covering up of incompetence shout out loud. The truth is sacrificed to avoiding culpability. (21 C 201/24b)
Seek justice anywhere but Schwechat Court.

Aus meiner Erfahrung als Kläger vor dem Bezirksgericht Schwechat weiß ich, dass die österreichische Zivilprozessordnung selbst für ein Entwicklungsland eine Schande wäre. Die Dame, die meine Unterlagen und meinen Fall bearbeitete, wusste einfach nicht, was sie tat. Ich beantragte lediglich die Vollstreckung eines Haftbefehls für ein anderswo erwirktes Urteil und sah mich ein Jahr später mit einer vierstelligen Kostenrechnung konfrontiert. Ich fühlte mich wie das Opfer eines Straßenraubs. Ich musste die Vollstreckung in einem anderen Land erwirken, in dem der Beklagte tätig war. Verwaltungsinkompetenz und die Vertuschung von Inkompetenz schreien geradezu. Die Wahrheit wird geopfert, um Schuld zu vermeiden.(21 C 201/24b)
