Excellent Customer Service
Part was well packaged and delivered on time. Price was competitive. Information and support was plenty via the web site. when i telephoned to add an additional item which i intially forgot, it was accomodated. The person was very helpful and jovial. Great customer service. I installed the part and is running fine for over couple of weeks and engine system management light is now off after living with it for past few months. So happy customer. Would buy again from them and have already recommended to others. Thank you.

Excellent service. Fast delivery. All good.
JGP had the car parts I needed via their website. I phoned them as well to check some details and they answered my questions straight away. Not the cheapest but their service level and speed of dispatch was excellent. Very impressed. Well done JGP.

Great Service
The service I have just received for some VW parts has been exemplary. A lot of time and effort was spent in securing the right parts for me. I was regularly kept informed of progress, as the parts were on back order. The minute they arrived at JGP I had next day delivery.
Service of this nature is rare these days and anyone with a German car needing parts could not get better service.
