Just Balance Bikes Bewertungen 

I have seen many balance bikes whilst looking for my two year old and thought they all looked cheap! Then I took to the internet and came across Just Balance Bikes and they seemed fantastic and at a great price. I ordered one and it arrived promptly, very simple to assemble and just as I saw on the website it was indeed fantastic quality!! So so happy with the bike and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This review is about the company Just Balance Bikes and not the product I purchased.
It states quite prominently on their web page that paying £5.50 gets you next day delivery. After protracted email contact with the delivery company and Just Balance bikes it turns out not to be true.
Next day delivery is only available if you order before midday on the Thursday. After that it becomes a 4 day delivery,partly because they choose to use a delivery company that doesn't deliver over the weekend and partly because they bury the order before midday Thursday warning in the small print of their terms and conditions.
I feel they should remove the " next day delivery" statement from their website or display, equally prominently, the warning about a potential 4 day delivery.
To rub salt into the wound no one from Just Balance Bikes bothered to answer my emails until after the bike had been delivered basically saying, read the small print mate, not my problem.

The email you sent me about despatch still made no mention of a 4 day wait.
The tracking number did not become live until Saturday teatime.
Why do I need to check elsewhere on your site as to whether the delivery promised date is true when it clearly states in many prominent places " NEXT DAY DELIVERY".
There was no immediate reply to my email. I got a reply midday Monday after the bike had been finally delivered. But then no doubt you probably shut up shop on Friday tea time regardless of customer issues the same as your chosen delivery company do.
The bike in question is excellent by the way, unlike the third party distributors customer service.

I have bought 2 balance bikes for two grand children on separate occasions. Very happy with the service and the bikes. I had trouble assembling the first one and received patient and non jargon advice. I can think of just one improvement which would be delivery on a weekend for those who work.

Got bike for 2 yr old daughters birthday. Excellent choice on website. Chose this one due to universally good reviews. Bike is great, light and really well made. Great discounts too!

Quick delivery and all around turnaround really pleased with the product.

The balance bike came the next working day. Easy to put together...just the wheel saddle and handle bars. Attractive finish

There was a broken part when we came to put this bike together, which was disappointing. However, very impressed by swift response to our complaint - new part sent out immediately. Our son has only been out on it once so far, he's very pleased with it. Seems robust, and lightweight enough for his age.

High quality balance bike at realistic price

I was looking for a balance bike for my 2 year old daughter. Read the helpful info on the JBB website, compared bikes (easy with the detailed specs), found they were cheapest on JBB and ordered. Arrived the next day in a box as expected and looking forward the grand unwrapping next week!

The order process was straightforward, the bike arrived on time and the after sales service so far has been good. The bike itself looks robust. My son has yet to ride it but the bikes quality seems more than adequate and I'm sure he'll enjoy his new gift.

I found the website informative and the speed of service and delivery was first class. Only downside would be that I didn't realise the bike tires would need inflating but this isnt a big problem.

So happy to buy my 2 year old's first bike from a British company that cares about their product! However, be warned that there is a picture of the bike on both ends of the box it comes in. You must be home to sign for the delivery and as first bikes are often Christmas/birthday presents getting it past a young child without ruining the surprise is tricky.
