Awful service. I cant think of a way it could have been worse!
Firstly, the appointment location was moved 5 minutes before it was scheduled. No one ever said, "The appointment is in the back of a van, so it moves location a lot". I spoke with the Dr and he gave me 5 minutes to get there. I got there in 4 minutes and they had left. They then asked me to go 12 miles further.
They did eventually turn back after I asked for a refund or new appointment. The form was then filled with my name spelt wrong, not great! (hopefully DVLA accept that!).
After getting home I had a series of calls that they had accidently issued a refund and I needed to pay again immediately. The 'customer care' team were extremely unhappy that I wanted to wait for the refund to go through first to avoid the risk of double paying.
I have since had around 10 calls while at work. At least 4 of these while I have been in meetings. Refusal to accept that I was at work and couldnt do it immediately but will send the payment again when I have time.
I then get a lovely threatening email with a deadline for payment or they will review my "fitness to drive".
So yes, not a great service, wouldn't recommend and I will find someone else next time.

I went to just health they took my money done my medical double checked it I sent it off 2 weeks later it came back a mistake had been made I was told I had to another medical contacted just health they took first phone call ignored the rest I had limited time to another medical asked them for my money back again they ignored me never use them again

A skydiving medical examiner should have the clinical expertise to assess medication stability.

Requesting a letter stating there are "no risks to skydiving" places an unreasonable burden on my medical provider and places responsibility for your examiner's decision elsewhere.

The refusal to accept liability when conducting medical assessments makes this company appear to be there simply to rubber stamp forms.

Easy to use booking system, with location only a few miles from me so I knew exactly where I was going. Both guys were friendly and helpful, even phoned me to let me know they'd be arriving in the mobile unit early if I wanted to come sooner.
The medical assesment for my C1 licence was both quick and thorough.

I had my medical today. I knew exactly where it was going to be. And knew exactly what time it was going to be. I knew it was a mobile unit. But that didn’t stop my medical being affected in any way. I will use them again. 

I found the service not transparent. It is not clearly stated anywhere that this is a mobile or temporary clinic setup, and the Google listing shows a fixed address, which is confusing. The lack of clarity about the type of service makes the experience unclear and misleading for patients booking important medicals.

Met these guys who did my HGV medical in a lay by on the A55 in north Wales. There were a few others there as well. Quite a thorough medical along with an eye test.
One lady said her gp wanted £300. We payed £50.

Easy to find just of Alfreton road down the side of ETS tyres at the end of the industry estate you can't miss the mobile van all signed up with just health very good and efficient service would use again

The booking system allows me to put the post code and see what centers are closer to me. Then, as soon as I click on book appointment, I am redirected to the booking platform with an awful lot of cities in alphabetical order. Where the hell is the one that I have pre-selected?

Awful system, of course I have changed website.
