Experience with Yelo platform after using one year

I have been using the Yelo platform for our marketplace hi603.com for the past one year. hi603.com is a hyperlocal product and service-based marketplace catering to over 15,000 people in Tamilnadu. In the beginning, after reading all the negative reviews of Jungleworks, I was very very apprehensive about using their product for setting up our local marketplace. I took a leap of faith and opted for their service. Thankfully I have no regrets now after a year.

Yelo is absolutely affordable and provides immense value for its cost. I have tried so many platforms which promises a lot but nothing is as good as Yelo, especially considering the price point. My favourite aspect of Yelo is its robust public API. It completely extends the scope of the product and makes it very very powerful. Yelo platform provides the scope to incorporate multiple revenue streams into the marketplace and is very very flexible even in terms of customization.

When it comes to customers support, I have been fortunate to be connected with very resourceful individuals. Sheffi and Akanksha from the customer success team act as a brilliant bridge between me and the tech team in getting the issues resolved. The only problem that I faced with Yelo is their slow support. But as they are a growing company, I think it's understandable. Even if they take some time, they ensure that the issues get resolved. And their support is getting better every month. If the issue is critical, they make sure to get it resolved immediately regardless of the holidays.

Overall, I would highly recommend going with Yelo if you are looking for a marketplace that is fast to set up and easy to manage!

Unethical Marketplace Operation

I was a fan of their service called Tiger. The team was very responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately they cancelled this service without informing me as I believe it wasn't profitable for them. They have continued to charge my credit card for a year plus and have not been responsive. It also seems like the turnover of employees is rapid so don't get too tied to your account managers.

I will be filing disputes with my bank and they'll be looking at some heavy chargebacks I would imagine. I did find a custom developer offering the same services that I reccomend.

International Scam

We have been working with Clicklabs, Inc for the last 1.7 years and has been a very challenging experience. We have just two words - "Stay Away". They will scam you ! Their delivery is very buggy.

PuneFresh being a small store covering a limited catchment area dreamt big, we decided to reach out to JungleWorks and we were provided with an Account Manager Ms. Aakanksha of M/s JungleWorks….From our initial days of scepticism to going online and moving our customers to an agile and realistic hassle free online APP and Website Experience was remarkable. We would like to reiterate that Ms. Aakanksha Arora and her back end team made things easy by feeding us in bite sized pieces especially we were new to this online presence. Thank you and please continue to do so to other millions of small, micro ventures like us…as they say seeds and tiny sprouts may grow sometimes into big and formidable trees….Hopefully we will be big enough for the world to take note of some day due to this easy to access online presence of ours with support of M/s JungleWorks product.

Yelo is a Best solution for online Marketplace

Started my Journey With Jungleworks 10 months back with Smooth onboarding and Dedicated Account Manager. They helped to setup the store and understand the flow of Yelo and Tookan.
Really happy with services and quick AM support.
Yelo is a best solution to start your online selling journey in very less time without taking the Tension of Technology and it's maintenance and that's a blessing for a non-tech guy like me.
