Pricey but low quality perfumes

Poor quality and bad customer service

Got a dress about 15 days before Eid. Wore it for 2 hours on Eid. A week later put the dress on again when the beads started falling. I sowed 2 beads on my own since I had to be at a get together at my friend’s place. At this point I had no intention to return the dress. At the party more beads kept falling at which point I took off the dress to wear something else. When I came back today the customer service lady Shaista accused me of wearing the dress multiple times and bringing it back only when I realised it can’t be fixed. She also said the dress was stinking and that other customers who bought that piece had no issues with it implying that for some mistake of mine the beads were falling. I was a regular customer with Junaid Jamshed and never returned or even exchanges a single piece in the past. It’s disappointing they have no respect for their regular customers also and accuse them of being dishonest. What could have been simple exchange was turned into an ego clash by the customer support lady Shaista. I left the damaged piece with them and did not even bring it back with me. I don’t want their money or merchandise that’s why I did not ask for an excange or a refund too. Atleast I hope it proves to Shaista I did not want to mint any undeserved benefit from them like she implied. The dress was worth 200 dollars. Accusing was based solely on assumption of what she thought happened.

Online purchase of sandals

I purchased sandals for my son based on the size guide provided on your website, but unfortunately, the sizing information was incorrect. As a result, the item does not fit.
Additionally, I was given misleading information regarding in-store returns. I was told the item could not be returned in store because they didn't carry it, which turned out to be a lie after I checked with the store. Despite the error originating from your inaccurate size guide, I was still asked to cover the return shipping costs.
This experience reflects poorly on the handling of your online sales and returns. It is disappointing to see such lack of accountability and professionalism, especially when it impacts customer trust and the reputation associated with Mr. Junaid’s name.

I purchased a kurta from the Southall…

I purchased a kurta from the Southall branch and discovered shortly after that it was clearly defective — threads were coming out and two buttons were loose/missing. This is basic quality control that should never pass in the first place.

When I returned to the store, staff refused to help and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead, they simply told me to “contact management” but did not provide any contact details whatsoever.

After leaving a Google review, I was again told to contact management. I had to search online myself to find an email address and sent them a message, yet they have completely ignored it.

Selling defective items and then refusing to take responsibility or even respond to customers is unacceptable. The lack of customer service and accountability is shocking.

I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this store.

Ordered Jubba on Feb 10 and they JJ wer not competent enough to deliver to TSC in time. They delivered very late on Feb 11 and till now as of Feb 13 5:9 pm I dont know any update.
How would be the actual product but I can guess it would be as bad as their service. Not going back to JJ again.

The female cashier at Dolmen Mall

The female cashier at Dolmen Mall, Tariq Road, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward my mother. She falsely claimed that my mother had cut the line, even though she was already being served before my mother reached the counter.

My mother is over 65 years old. Regardless of the situation, the cashier continued to argue with her in an aggressive and unnecessary manner. When I stepped in to address the issue, the cashier displayed the same disrespectful attitude toward me.

Despite explaining the situation, we were forced to return to the long queue just to complete our purchase.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We always treat staff with respect and expect the same in return. The entire experience was truly disheartening.

Rubbish customer service

I placed an order on their website on August 5th. There is no update on it. I have sent several emails to their customer service, we have called their customer service, written on Instagram, but no reply. On top of that, they chose to delete my comment from one of their posts. Really unprofessional people and an extremely ridiculous, non-existent customer service!

Extremely disappointing customer service

They seriously need to improve their customer service. My mother and I were followed around the store the entire time, even while we were just picking out clothes. A staff member stood near us, watching us closely as if we were going to steal something. It was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful.

When I went to try on the clothes, the same staff member followed me to the fitting rooms and stood nearby the entire time. Every time I opened the door to show my mother, she was right there, staring. Then, when we chose the clothes we wanted to buy, she refused to hand them over and rudely said “no” before taking them to the cashier herself and standing there as we paid.

Took my money above 50 000 rupees…

Took my money above 50 000 rupees doesnt deliver the products, and it is more than 50 days didnt received my refund money every time you call they will say we will update you within 2 3 days but no response.
What a shame how they are damaging the reputation of a brand which was created by wounderful personality.

We bought one medium size shalwar suit…

We bought one medium size shalwar suit from j.Gujrat. We wanted to change the size to small which was flatly refused by j.as the tag attached to suit was misplaced by ourselves. We then requested for alter the size which was also denied as the suit was manufactured by some other company.
It is a costly suit of around Rs 11000/- and now it is of no use to us. We contacted their office in Karachi but of no use.
In view of above, it is strongly suggested that one should not buy anything from such an irresponsible and rude company which does not own its product just because of its missing tag….. what a pathetic attitude. We feel very disappointed for being a regular customer of J. for so many years.

No delivery of order

I have placed and order 3-4 weeks ago and the order has not been delivered yet.

I have also called to change the size enough time before the order was dispatched. However, I have been told that it cannot be changed.

I am highly disappointed by the customer service and no cooperation towards customers.

I have been told yesterday and today as well that the order will be delivered today for sure but it did not get delivered.
