Overall a happy customer with a caveat
Overall a happy customer. Several parts arrived with large scratches on them which was disappointing. But the trampoline itself is great otherwise and my delivery was super quick. (Next day I believe).
So I paid for a high quality trampoline and still got one. Just scratched which truly diminishes the quality. I’m on a corner lot and the whole neighbourhood has stopped to look and almost all have commented on the scratches.
I didn’t contact them because I don’t want to deal with taking this thing apart and putting back together and all the boxing and unboxing all over again, I’ll deal with the scratches to save myself hours of work.

Trampoline arrived super quick
Trampoline arrived super quick. Which was unexpected since we are in the far North in BC. I think it was 10 days for us which really is quick. The instructions are great and easy to follow. Took about 4 hrs to set up and I really took my time and enjoyed the process with my kids. The build quality definitely seems good although we have only been using it for a couple weeks, it is definitely more solid then a couple other trampolines that we’ve gone through. The price was very reasonable as well. Honestly we love it so far and we are hopeful it outlasts the other tramps we have had. We have 5 boys and they jump constantly if this survives it is bullet proof!

Three calls in to customer service and I am still getting the run around about my order. Doesn’t help that they seem to be based out of New Zealand from a time / business days perspective.

Trampoline is amazing
Trampoline is amazing. Great quality and worth every penny.
It was a bit hard for me and the kids to put up but we did it.
Springs are hard to put on and so was the mesh but thats normal for a Trampoline.
Shipping would have been good but fed ex dropped it off in town and didn't call or let me know where it was.
I had to call around because tracking said it was delivered.
Small business in town called and told me it was dropped off at their office, when I called fed ex they said they weren't able to find my address so they just dropped it off in town at a random store🙃

Fast shipping
Simple and easy ordering process. Item is very heavy so I know it is a well made product. Have not had the chance to set it up as there is still lots of snow.

Great product
Great product! Very easy to put together. The only hard part was attaching the net to the top of the poles. Wow! That was a workout but looks great.
Forgot to put the pad onto the trampoline before I connected the top of the net. Haha. My bad. Had to take the net off and do it all over.
So far so good.
Love the colour. Black and green is awesome

Perfect and solid for a great time…
