I have contacted Meta to investigate online advertising. The item received was cheap Chinese rubbish. Tried to request refund but was told no refund given.
Was told to return to China at my cost.
Item went in bin, not even worthy of giving to charity. Please don’t buy from this company. Only nice with emails before you buy but disappear once you request a refund. SCAM!!!

All pictures are deceiving. Pants are a silk screen not actual fabric as the pictures show. Do not waste your money! No tags or plastic on clothes. Just shoved in a mailer. How can you return them? I requested my money back
But am receiving the biggest run around.

I asked via their contact form about the length of a dress before buying. Their team got back to me within a few hours with exact measurements from the armpit to hem. That clarity helped me pick the right size, and I didn't need to return anything. The item fits as they described.

I am convinced any good review is AI or a bot. I bought a skirt that was very late - over 3 weeks. I tried multiple times to cancel. They said they couldn’t cancel and I should return when it arrived. It arrived Monday - long after I needed it. I contacted them for return and after much resistance and multiple emails they sent me address in China to return at my expense. So I should pay $40 yo return a $62 item which was the company’s fault as very VERY late. And be: skirt looks nothing like photo online and is horrible cheap material. I am disputing charge with CC company. Save yourself $ and do NOT buy from them

The accessories have a refined appearance and complement simple outfits nicely. They are lightweight, although some pieces feel a bit less sturdy than I expected.

I ordered a dress from Juliette Boutique and was disappointed with the quality. The material looked much cheaper than advertised, and the dress did not include pockets as shown in the product photos. Customer service has also been frustrating to deal with regarding a return/refund. I would recommend buyers research carefully before purchasing.

This online boutique does not accurately display the items it sells. The capris I ordered had a description of "floral embroidery"- there was NO embroidery. In fact, the fabric was a photo transfer. The online photo was a 3d picture-meaning the flowers "popped" on what looked like a burlap-type fabric. Upon delivery, the fabric is 1 dimension with no raised flowers, thus no embroidery. Their customer service is sketchy and they avoid answering basic questions. I should have trusted my gut instinct.

The midi dresses have a very stylish look and are perfect for everyday wear, providing a neat and elegant appearance.

The maxi dresses are long and flowing, providing a comfortable fit while still maintaining an elegant and refined style.

The floral dresses give a refreshing and modern feel, making them perfect for relaxed outings or warm summer days.

I value the elegant and subtle designs that work well for both casual outings and professional settiings.

Poor quality fabric. Inaccurate sizing . False promise of return. I will block further advertisements as items do not look like what is shown .

Bottom line first: If you need to return their shoddy clothes, you have to pay to send them back to China! (Or settle for a 30% or 40% refund) This is not an American retail shop as their photos suggest but one of those misleading Chinese companies with cheap goods that don't even come close to fitting or looking like the online pictures. They advertised one top as linen; their own label said it was synthetic. I sent them my order form and tag to show them and said it was a "bait and switch" situation. I told them I would be reporting them to my state Attorney General and federal fraud reporting department in the US. I got a full refund.

I should have paid attention to my gut which told me something was "off." But their AI "Margaret" had this reassuring tone when she responded to my questions. Took well over a month to even get the order with no updates on tracking. Lesson learned so you don't have to learn it, too. If you're here on Truth Pilot because you sense something's off, don't order. If you do order, plan to report them to the authorities if you hope to get a full refund.

Do not order from this company. Merchandise received after many delays. Merchandise is of horrendous quality. Tried to cancel before delivery and advised unable to cancel. Merchandise received and then attempted to return and obtain refund.

I ordered a few items for my wife and she loved them! I had a few questions beforehand, but they were answered excellently! I will definitely be back.

The footwear stood out to me, and after trying a pair, I found them stylish and comfortable for long hours.

Placed my order and on Feb 5 it was sent to the shipper they say . It’s now a month later and it’s never moved or updated . Emails with the company claim they are still waiting to hear from the shipping company . No info , no update , won’t refund , somehow I’m just supposed to continue waiting . Do not order from this company !
