Signing up for Julie's program was the best decision I've made in a very long time! I was very hesitant and very skeptical, but am so glad I took a chance! I was afraid it was just a way to get my money. It absolutely was NOT. Julie and her coaches TRULY CARE. And they know their stuff!!! Julie TRULY wants to help people and she knows how to do it! The content is so on point. I was at my lowest of lows and the program helped me more than I thought was possible! It is expensive for sure, but it is so worth it! Julie and her team know how to help and will absolutely provide the support you need. If you are on the fence, just do it! Do it for yourself! Invest in yourself!! I am so glad that I did!

I stumbled upon this program via an ad when I was in a place where I was stuck and exhausted in my career and life. It seemed a bit expensive and I was quite skeptical that I'd get my money's worth. It was very much worth it! The coursework, group and mentor calls, tools and new modules are being added that I will draw from forever. The personal work you will have to do to get the most out of this course is hard and may not make sense in the moment. My advice is just do it and trust the process - it works. I now have more clarity, balance, energy, tools, and support to create exponential positive impact at work, with my family, friends and community.

Awaken Your Life was truly a life changing experience for me. I entered the program hoping I might work through some burnout and gain some clarity and perspective, but it turns out it was so much more! I was really at the end of my rope emotionally and was paralyzed, overcome with depression, I felt hopeless. I wasn't sure how it was all going to unfold, but as encouraged throughout the program, I stayed the course and did the work. I loved the content and core ideas of the program. Julie and her team showed me acceptance, grace, and love throughout the process, lifting me up through difficult times, helping me to really experience a true transformation. It is hard to verbalize exactly how powerful and meaningful this chapter in my life is. I am on the other side and full of hope. I am discovering all of the beautiful things life has in store for me step by step moment by moment.

I just completed the Awaken Your Life program and I'm so grateful to Julie & team for guiding me through this 12-week journey.
I went into it feeling very stressed, anxious and deeply unfulfilled. I have gained deep insights, have gotten back in touch with my true self and continue shifting my focus to my key priorities. The desire to live my life to the fullest has been reignited and I have the tools to make my dreams a reality.
I'm at peace with myself and feel more at ease, regardless of what is happening around me - something that my husband and other close people have also noticed!

This program has been truly life changing. It helped me to face a lot of my fears and helped me to realize my true power. I can honestly say this has done more for me in 12 weeks than years of therapy. I can not recommend this program enough. I highly recommend you give yourself this gift. It really will change your whole life.

While I have not signed up for Julie's program, my review is about the steps to sign-up. I took her free seminar on empowering yourself as a woman in your career and really enjoyed it. It resonated strongly with me, and so I signed up for their free call. I was really looking forward to stand thoroughly enjoyed the first half where we discussed where I was at in my life and why I felt the need to reach out. The problem I had is when we started to talk about the cost. I had an expectation of the cost since I had talked to other coaches with similar programs and hers was almost triple the cost. That was fine, I have no problem with someone charging what they think they are worth and based on other reviews, her services certainly see to be worth it. However, the problem I had is when I told the coach I couldn't afford something that expensive right now. I told her that I had just finalized an expensive divorce and finally paid off a bunch of debt to get my finances on track, but would really like to sin up in a few months when I could get he money together. She tried to tell me if I signed up now I would save a significant amount of money, and I could put down a payment to hold my slot and start in a few months. I told her I just wasn't comfortable with that financially. And then she said, and I quote "well, it's not like you're buying an expensive designer handbag or something, this will change your life so you can be the woman you visualized" and that set me off. We talked about how part of what Julia teaches women is the power of saying no, and yet when I say no you try and guilt me into paying money instead of respecting my answer? Up until that point I was ready to sign up and just needed time, but that really turned me off. I don't do sleazy sales techniques. It really sucks too because it's something I really wanted to take part in, but at this point, I'll just have to find another avenue for my journey.

Julie's program has completely transformed my relationship to my work and personal life. I highly recommend this to all women struggling with personal/professional balance, trying to decide about a career transition, or who just need a strong support group of women on their journey! Julie and her team are amazing!

The Awaken program has been life changing, for me and so many other ladies that I’ve witnessed in the program. Before joining the program, I exhibited all of the patterns that made me miserable. I overworked, was a perfectionist, a people-pleaser, the nice girl. I thought I had to be these things and created my value and worth based on what other people thought of me and my accomplishments. I’ve learned this is not the way to live and as a result of the program, I am so much happier; I love me for me; I believe in my own worth and am more than enough, and have achieved a piece of mind I’ve never known before.

Julie has created a program that is a non-judgmental, safe, supportive space that allows for truth, true growth, and accountability. She is incredibly wise and authentic and I absolutely loved the support and love I have received from the other ladies participating in the program, Julie herself, and the other coaches. Lifelong connections have been created and nurtured. But best of all, Julie teaches you to coach yourself, giving you the autonomy to jump back from setbacks that life will throw at you using the tools and resources in this program.

I know it can be nerve-wracking to spend so much money on a program that you’re not sure of the outcome. But don’t let fear and doubt prevent you from achieving everything that you desire and deserve. I pushed my fear aside, jumped in, and have never regretted it.

This program changed my life. I don’t make this claim lightly. When I found Julie Santiago, I was at the lowest I’ve ever felt in my life. Burned out, exhausted, stressed. Julie’s program helped me dig deep and uncover what I truly wanted from my life, then gave me the tools to go get it. Now I’m living a life I love, doing work I enjoy, and living life to my fullest, all while trusting and loving myself more deeply than I ever thought possible.

Working with Julie Santiago was truly life-changing. Since I began the 12-week Awaken program and since moving on to the Alumni group, making decisions is easier. Standing in my own power is more natural. Speaking my truth comes from a place of self-trust.

I never truly understood the power of boundaries before this and now I can't possibly ever go back to the place where I passively let people make decisions for me. This doesn't mean it was easy or fun all the time, or didn't come with its own challenges, but the outcome is far superior to staying small and stuck and living by someone else's rules.

I would highly recommend Julie's program to anyone who feels like they aren't getting what THEY want out of life and want to try a different way.

I'd been through other programs before, but this one is going to be the one that sticks. The whole thing was enlightening, releasing, fun, supportive and so important in my life. I find myself falling back on some of the main lessons and I’m no longer afraid of my future.

When I joined this program, I was a total resume builder who didn't know when to say when. I was burning out every 3 or 4 years and was exhausted. I now see that life doesn't have to be a struggle and can be lighter and more simple. It's not just something I've intellectualized...but something I've adopted and I’m excited to teach more people this, too!

I'm doing everything I promised myself I would so far and continue to check off the important tasks to set up a simpler life that I design, rather than what society has defined as success.

This program has been enlightening, empowering, and affirming of both me and my life! When I joined this program, I was feeling so resentful, bitter and missing out on how much joy and meaning can come from everyday moments. I was jaded and disillusioned and didn’t know what to do about it. I was pretending everything was fine and pushing away the feeling of wanting more because I didn’t believe I deserved it.

This program helped me to commit to connecting with myself. I was able to dig deep and understand the patterns in my life, to get clear on my priorities and desires, to not only identify but also take many action steps toward living a more meaningful life, and to feel more confident and kind toward myself. Instead of second guessing every last detail about my life and what is next, it has instilled me with confidence and security that, even if my path is winding, it will never end in failure. Instead of asking everyone and their mother what I should do, I have learned to develop and listen to my own voice. I am more open to receiving love from my significant other and friends while also knowing that I am the expert and authority of my own life.

This program really laid the groundwork for some of the most exciting new shifts and next steps I’m experiencing now - a new job that was created just for me (with everything I asked for and more money!), a deeper relationship built on healthy communication, and significantly improved boundaries and physical health. Although I initially felt self-conscious, I loved the group calls and all of the accountability and support! It made me prioritize myself and devote time to consciously changing my life. The personal connection (private messages from my coach, access to the support desk, group calls with women at different stages in life and the program practicing similar things) made me feel supported and not alone. I still benefit from having this new network of wise women, and learning that I don’t have to do it all alone has made me open to new programs and support (e.g., working with a coach to improve my nutrition and health).

I've had the privilege to work with Julie in a group setting, both online and in person. She is one of the most gentle yet powerful women I've yet to meet. She knows how to hold space for you. She also intuitively knows the questions to ask you, to help you move forward. Having Julie as a guide in my life has helped me awaken even more to the person I came here to be, and for that, I am truly grateful xxx

Julie is not only an incredible life coach, she's some one you can trust with your most vulnerable and raw self. Never had I imagined there was a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and strength within me, and this experience was shared and formed as a beautiful and powerful collective of women. Julie is phenomenal in what she offers women juggling many worlds and helps you get clear on your end goal. Living fully through the lens of love, not fear.

This has been a life changing experience! I have been able to work through so many things and become more in touch with my true self than I have in over a decade.
I also have anxiety from the fire departmen. It was so bad at times, that sometimes my heart would literally start skipping beats with the simple act of pulling on my bunker gear. I went to see a cardiologist a year ago because I thought there was something physically wrong with my heart, and thankfully it's in perfect condition. Going to the doctor is how I found out I have anxiety. While there are things that will be etched in my mind for the rest of my life as a result of the job, I found throughout the process of Julie's program an unintended (but gladly welcomed) release of a lot of that anxiety. It's not something I even considered as being "fixable" without a psychologist or something, yet here I am! Able to be back in the game closer to how I was only a few years ago. Julie and her program literally changed my life.

Working with Julie was a life-changing experience! She has an uncanny ability to get to the emotional root of all elements of life and work, and help her clients understand their emotional motivations and triggers in order to move forward and achieve their goals!

Julie is an incredible transformation coach, healer, and guide!! I have never met someone who is soo gifted in both the technical and spiritual realms. She will provide you with concrete action steps that will help change your life, and also share spiritual wisdom on how to tap into your own innate power. Her coaching style is both practical and incredibly nurturing. I have never worked with someone as skilled and gifted as Julie. I would JUMP at the opportunity to work with her again.

My experience being coached by Julie and working through her process was invaluable. Working with her helped me identify what was important to me and helped me set and adhere to boundaries with work. My life and mindset are completely different 5 months after completing her course. If you are thinking about doing it, do it.

Finding Julie was like finding a hidden treasure! She can hold a big space for female leaders in an energetic way as well as a practical way in helping you resolve your actions that you need to take to realize your desires, step by step. Julie holds your hand through all of it. She is able to see your brilliance and reflect it back to you so that you can see it too.
