Great job printing our books. There was a delay in printing, but Jukebox was good about communicating and then sent our order by complimentary Uber when it was ready.

Jukebox is the Quality - Cost - Delivery trifecta
I have been working with Jukebox for about 3 years now, starting with a few personal vinyl sticker projects and flat cards that evolved into an online small business selling original sticker designs. I’ve looked high and low and there is no one you’ll find that can meet their offer of quality, order turn around, and price. On top of that, their customer service is fantastic and they are always committed and ready to help find a solution. I’m so happy I found jukebox and they’ve made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

Great experience
Great experience. Very easy to order online using their creation tools. They are in Toronto so shipping was quick as well. I only ordered 5 stickers and 10 arrived! All great quality too. Would recommend

I have been a long-time customer and…
I have been a long-time customer and rely on this company for stickers and printed materials that are essential to my business. For years, things were reliable. Over the past few months, that has changed dramatically.
The error rate has increased to the point where I now expect a significant portion of every order to be wrong. I have received misprinted items, sloppy products, and even completely blank white stickers sent without any confirmation or explanation. Shipping blank product with no verification suggests that quality control has effectively disappeared.
The files I provide are correct, consistent, and often identical to those used in previous successful orders. I have taken every reasonable step that the staff has recommended to eliminate error on my end.
While the company is willing to reprint orders, this is not a real solution. Reprints mean delays, missed timelines, wasted materials, and direct impact on my small business. Fixing mistakes after the fact does not undo the disruption caused.
I genuinely like the staff and want to support a Canadian company, but reliability matters. The most concerning part is that these issues are becoming more frequent, not less. At this point, the company has become a liability rather than a dependable partner.
