Great job printing our books. There was a delay in printing, but Jukebox was good about communicating and then sent our order by complimentary Uber when it was ready.
Jukebox was fantastic! There was a hiccup in my order and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got my stickers on time. Great customer service, and the stickers look terrific, too!

It still has not arrived
It still has not arrived. They sent out a reprint complimentary because they assume it got lost in the mail. But asking me to review it before even receiving it, I can only go off of my negative experience waiting so long for 50 stickers.

I called yesterday and spoke to Daniel…
I called yesterday and spoke to Daniel for some basic questions but he took the lead and sent me a quote. Today I contacted the CS dept. And spoke to a Victoria. She not only helped me process the order but gave me really good advice on how to make my business sticker really pop! A+ all around, great CS Team!

Beautiful quality
I ordered postcards instead of expensive wedding stationary. & I used jukebox 3 times until I liked my final design I made. And each time they printed beautifully and shipped quickly to me! Really love this company!

Excellent print quality and great support.
Best print quality out of all the shops we've tried. Sticker customization and quality are also extremely high. Very intuitive layout tool is available through their website and customer support is great to make sure your designs work as intended.

Print is much darker than expected
Print is much darker than expected, QR code on 500 cards are not scannable and one imagine on the flyers cannot be identified as it’s completely shaded. When we do approval of the image we should have an awareness that the final product will be at least 1 or 2 levels darker than expected so costumer can choose accordingly. Package in which products came was pretty cool

Somehow the sticker didn't shipped on the delivery date and when I inquired about it , they response quickly and mailed it to my address. I am happy with the quality of the products. Thank you very much!!

My order of business cards was miscut, but good customer service
My order of business cards was miscut. To be fair, they did send me replacement cards, with even more cards and directly to the event I was going to.
So unimpressed initially, but customer service saved the day.
