I bought a long charger cable in August that has since stopped working. I've been trying to contact the customer services team for weeks with no response so now I'm stuck with a faulty product. I could've bought the same quality from Primark for a fraction of the cost. Won't be buying from juice again.

I bought a Juice wireless universal mobile phone charging pad from Tesco for £18. Total waste of money, the pad would just flash green without charging my phone then would occasionally charge it for a second or 2 before going back to flashing green without any charge.
No issue with the cable or plug it’s the pad itself that was the problem.

I am the most loyal juice buyer. Even though they always fail . Every green cable charger fails after 6 mths. I feel i am constantly returning them to argos who are angels. I buy because they are UK company and stocked by retailers. But i really have to stop this cycle of buy return buy return. Reading the reviews on here are shocking. I know they are under warranty but every single charger I buy i return. I take good care of the cables

Charging leads stop working after a few months ! I have bought three leads now from Juice of different lengths - all C charger compatible for my iPhone.
Every six months they stop. They work well and suddenly just stop! There must be an inbuilt short lifespan to ensure you buy more.
I’m going to have to put them all into an electrical recycling bank.
Environmentally, it is really poor to have chargers which only lost a few months. They are also more expensive than the unbranded versions.
Right- I’m going to try an unbranded C charger and see how I get on. I’m very disappointed that I spend more on Juice products which don’t last and are not environmentally compatible.
It isn’t even the cost so much as the environmental damage that this company is doing m, by not producing quality products which are long lasting.
Really inconvenient too! The lead suddenly stop charging overnight - you find your phone isn’t charged. How frustrating! Life is difficult enough without all these annoying issues.
First world problems I know, but when you are working daily and you have to keep up with your essential emails, texts and travel, it’s absolutely the last thing you need. I won’t be buying Juice products again. They are just unreliable.

Contacted juice as my iPhone cable no longer worked and was under warranty still. Contacted customer service with proof of purchase and showed my registered warranty. Took a little while but got a replacement cable through the post today- thank you

After raising a ticket with PayPal, Juice did get in contact via email and to their credit the matter has (fingers crossed) been resolved quickly. They said their telephone systems are broken(???). Anyway to be fair to them I have amended my rating accordingly.
I had a problem with an online order, which could have been easily resolved, however it is not possible to call their customer services team, each time I phone I am instantly disconnected, I have tried phoning over 25 times and it disconnects every time. This is very frustrating. I bought from a registered UK company thinking it would better! Thankfully buying via PayPal has allowed me to process a refund. Therefore I advise you avoid buying from this Juice Uk (also called Gusto Telecom)

Bought this product in June ready for a holiday in the USA. Worked well and also, initially, when we returned home. I then found that the 3 pin interchangeable plug wasn’t always making a good connection and the various devices had not charged. I contacted Juice, provided all the product details, and they sent a replacement which arrived a few days later. Couldn’t fault Juice for their speedy response to my complaint, first class.

I bought the white pick’n’mix earphones as my other brands were broken. For the amount of money I paid I was pleased with them. They were comfortable to wear and I even forgot I had them in my ears on a long journey. Sound quality was good for the price I paid. Very pleased.

Product broke down within warranty period. Contacted company who replaced item after I provided details of fault and proof of purchase. Good customer service.

I had an issue with a device I had purchased from TK Max.
My return date had expired with them.
I contacted Juice via e mail. I supplied details, images and explained what the issue was.
I had a prompt response with advice to try and sort the issue.
Unfortunately the device still had an issue. I contacted Juice again , a replacement was sourced and is on the way.

I've reached out twice re a broken cable, once via email and another via their website. Nothing back. My cheaper cables have performed much better.

***update***
I am updating the rating purely based on the customer service I have received since leaving my review. Juice have now dispatched a replacement cable which I hope lasts longer than the previous one.
Charger only lasted around 2 months. Always careful with it and just stopped charging. Contacted customer services who did not get back to me. Customer service: 0 Product: 0. Extremely dissatisfied with the charger which is not fit for purpose.

2/2 cables so far stopped working well before warranty ended.
Their website flat doesn't work, warranty registration redirects to a defunkt web address.
Review of the product. The eco green outer case split apart when I wasn’t using it. Now I’m wary of using or recharging it in case of fire. Admittedly it’s very powerful when it works but it’s a heavy lump to carry around and expensive to replace because the casing isn’t up to the task. Because I’ve had it over 2 years I haven’t bothered contacting them. I’ll buy a different brand next time.
Me personally give this companies customer service 5 stars, I had a portable charger that failed within its year warranty, my dealings with Juice UK customer services, I cannot fault, I still had my receipt as bought from major retailer who keeps your purchases within there online previously bought items.

I bought a juice power bank 2 years ago and aware that this product was no longer under warranty I felt that Juice would want know about the condition I found it in when wanting to charge it recently. The outer case looks like it has been forced open revealing the insides of the pack and it looks burnt in all four corners. It appears as if it has overheated, even though it has been sat in a drawer since my holiday last year. After writing to the company I received a reply telling me that I should have been charging it at least every 3 months, something that I had not been made aware of when I bought it. Customer service advised that as a gesture of good will, if I sent a video of the power bank showing it’s condition they would send me a new one to try. Unfortunately after passing on this information and my address details this has not materialised and they are now not responding. I am writing this review to make others aware of how to look after your power banks so you don’t experience the same problems.

**UPDATE 12/09/25**
After I posted the review below, I was contacted by (I assume) a senior member of Juice's Customer Service Team. They were suitably apologetic, understanding and did go the extra mile in resolving the issues which I had - although they were unable to provide a suitable power bank. In light of this I'm changing the rating to three stars as although the situation is resolved, there were still issues which should never have happened - but hopefully Juice will be able to use this as a learning experience and will deliver better service to future customers. I've also amended the original title ("Avoid, avoid, avoid. Hopeless communication") to something which I feel is more appropriate.
Bought two Eco 4 power banks direct from their website which specifically states that there is a micro USB charging port as well as USB C - photos of the product on the website show the same. On arrival it’s obvious that there are no micro USB ports in the item. Emailed and received a terse reply so tried calling them. Their phone system has 4 options: Sales, Logistics & Customer Service, Accounts and Design. The one I need, Customer Service, disconnects the call as soon as it is selected and the other three options ring without ever being answered.
I eventually managed to get a prepaid label and returned the items but have had no acknowledgment of their return nor confirmation that a refund will be issued. Emails remain unanswered. My next step will be Oxfordshire Trading Standards as they are supplying items which do not match the description.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Bought the juice ear pods from Tesco come with a standard c charging slot
It’s not it only works with their cheap 10p cable so not buy you can get so much better for the same price
So a week later and only the right one works possibly the worse ear buds I’ve bought to be fair

My Juice powerbank, bought nearly 2 years ago had stopped charging up. Without much hope I emailed them to express my disappointment and they sent me a new one within a couple of days. I just had to provide proof of purchase, photos of the powerbank and send them my address. Highly impressed with their customer service Would recommend them to anyone.
