We had a great experience with the airport transfer service in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The driver was waiting on time, helped with luggage, and was very polite and professional. Reliable and hassle-free service that I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone visiting Hurghada. Excellent communication re booking & pre flight.

I have booked 4 holidays with Lisa i would not book with anyone else , shes always there from start till finish ,theres not one thing you have to sort apart from your case lisa does it all, one holiday 1 of our parties had a stroke 9 weeks before we were going on holiday and lisa did everything to sort things out as the person couldn't not fly ,she also now makes sure that person gets all the assistance he needs when were going on holiday , i would highly reccomend lisa

Used Lisa for a private boat trip in Hurghada. Nothing was too much trouble. A few of us were unwell on the day of the trip and Lisa arranged for the boat staff to have some medication for us so we could enjoy it. Really appreciated this and would highly recommend her and 100% use her again. She also arranged a mini bus for us to the marina after a terrible experience with uber. Thank you.

Once again Jet travel have delivered a holiday package that suits all my and my husbands needs at a reasonable price with all our requirements. Everything taken care of and very professional service.

Used for trips and taxis great honest and very helpful not just for the trips we booked but for other information and always replied fast, recommended to all my friends currently booked to come out to Egypt. It’s reassuring to know you have a friendly helpful ex pat full of knowledge and time for you no matter the questions. Great prices aswell.

Would like to thank Scott and Lisa for their amazing service, help and advice, booked our desert safari with them in Hurghada and everything ran extremely smoothly, Scott also then ran us around to the marina and airport runs always on time with no fuss, both lovely people and would definitely recommend them, we will be booking future holidays with them and also for any trips etc when visiting Hurghada.

So this is the 3rd yr in a row we have used our lovely Lisa to plan our family vacay ❤️ We stayed at Grand Park Lara and Lisa was spot on with what she knows I like to book. Everything was planned and taken care of down to the last detail.

Cant wait to see what Lisa comes up with for our 2027 vacay.....im already thinking of being on that plane lol

We recently booked a family trip to Denmark legoland with Lisa . It was absolutely fantastic. Lisa was amazing very well organized, fantastic communication, happy to help with any questions we had about our trip. We can’t wait to rebook with Lisa again for our next family adventures. Booked my holiday through another provider and then came across this amazing company. Only wish I came across them sooner.

As I booked a boat trip with snorkelling and a island stop for me and my family. The snorkelling team, boat crew, guides and photographers were absolutely amazing. we stopped and had 2 snorkelling sessions and then stopped on hula hula island for a few hours their service throughout the day was brilliant.

I must say the fluid communication from Lisa and Scott was the best I have ever had from any company.

No question is to silly, they would rather you ask and get the answer the not no. Highly highly recommend and if this is anything to go by I will be booking all my holidays through them going forward.

Wow wow wow. Couldn't recommend Lisa and Scott at JRT travel highly enough. We are newbies to Egypt and needed something from a pharmacy. They went over and above to go and pick up/deliver what we needed and that was before our amazing morning trip to see/swim with the dolphins in the beautiful red sea. Communication and service was first class and my beautiful girls loved every minute. Even getting to drive the speedboat. We loved it so much we've booked another trip with these guys. Soft drinks and snacks were provided on the boat as was some crazy dancing by our host on the boat. So pleased we booked this trip. Thank you for helping create so many memories for my family 🙌❤️🇪🇬

Booking with JRT Travel was one of the best decisions we made for our holiday. Communication with Lisa was effortless — she’s incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and full of helpful information. Her prices were unbeatable compared with other tour sellers, and the teams she works with are just as amazing as she is.

We had the most unforgettable time on the Red Sea. From our private speedboat to snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, and visiting both White Island and Orange Bay, every moment felt magical. Our Super Safari was another highlight — even though it was a group experience, it still felt personal and tailored to us.

I’d recommend Lisa 100%. In fact, I’ll definitely be using her again to book my next holiday.

Lisa also arranged all our taxis through trusted people, which made such a difference. After hearing stories from others at our hotel who felt unsafe or were overcharged, we were so grateful to have everything handled by someone who genuinely cares about our wellbeing.

A special shoutout to Scott, too. He drove us to the Marina and shared so much insight about life in Hurghada — from local culture to the government’s programme for strays, which was fascinating to learn about. Lisa and Scott are honestly the most genuine, kind, and beautiful couple you could ever meet.

Currently booked my summer holiday to Tenerife with Lisa as she was highly recommended by my friend. And what can I say she was so friendly and helpful from the very start, as soon as I sent Lisa a message and email she got back to me straight away to say hello and less then 24 hours later she recommended so many kid friendly amazing looking hotels in different countries but I was pest and didn’t know were I wanted to go except Tenerife so Lisa got us a fab deal and we settled with that with a few giggles along the way!
