The clothes themselves look great... on the website. I was never sent a confirmation of the order but I've had two review emails sent to me and the clothes have yet to arrive.
The clothes were ordered on October 10th and as I have no way to track my package, I can only assume it was suppose to arrive before the second review email. (that explicitly says there will be no more emails sent)

EDIT: They've finally turned up! They look lovely and am very happy they arrived before Christmas, a little faster would've been nicer but the wait was worth it.

Easy to order via website and goods arrived reasonably quickly, but not as fast as Amazon, for example. Only a minor gripe, though.

Finally a company that meets all the sustainable criteria. Designed and created in the UK rather than having to be flown or shipped in from abroad. Well worth waiting for good design and superior quality. My new favourite!

Service including ordering and delivery was excellent. Online ordering was very easy and the product was delivered in a reasonable time, well packaged.

Delivery was incredibly slow (over a month) and no response at all from the company to queries as to when my pants might arrive. The pants themselves have the scratchiest labels (now all cut out) I’ve ever known and the fake button on the sewn up fly is infuriating why not just have a functioning fly?! Overall not impressed by the delivery, design or product- back to M&S for me.

Excellent - Very Comfortable

This was my first order as I stumbled upon them searching for UK organic, vegan underwear.
My son in-law loved his boxer shorts said very comfortable.
As it was my first order I wasnt aware they were made to order. There was quite a delay in keeping me upto date with progress. There could be a little more communication after purchase to let us know the process and timescale for delivery.
Though I'm sure my son in-law feels a little special knowing his boxer shorts were made especially for him :) I would definitely order again. Thank you for your British made products in a sustainable, eco way.

I was given a different product to the one I ordered. I sent an email and a message neither of which have been replied to. I am really keen to support British manufacturing so it's a shame the company seems to have no organisation. Also I was disappointed there was so much unnecessary packaging.

It's good that the materials are ethically sourced, and workers are paid properly. But these boxers wedge right up your butt, I can't wear them without stopping to sort them out all the time. Customer support is unresponsive. Not worth the money.

The boxer shorts are great quality and very comfortable however the stitched on label is very scratchy, I’m going to remove it.

Ordered as a birthday present for an eco conscious young man. Great range and easy to order. Arrived as stated and the receiver is delighted.
