I had a fantastic experience purchasing and collecting my new car from Volvo JPMG in Cork. From the moment I made initial contact right through to the handover, the service was professional, friendly, and completely stress‑free.
The sales team were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and everything explained in a straightforward and transparent way.
On the day of collection, the experience was seamless. The car was presented immaculately, It really felt like they went the extra mile to make the handover special.
Overall, Volvo JPMG Cork delivered a first‑class customer experience and made the entire process genuinely enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a Volvo — a top‑class dealership with outstanding service.

Took hours to do a basic service
Took hours to do a basic service, asked for tires to be replaced and waited and additional 90minutes only to be told they couldn't do it. Wasted an entire day at a very basic service
