I have ordered a number of times from Joy Warp and have been satisfied with the product ordered. However, this time it wasn't the product that was faulty, it was the support or lack of. I never got a return email, phone call or anything from Joy Warp asking a question.

I've ordered quite a few keys from Joy Warp over the last several years. I've always found them very responsive, often getting the key in just a few minutes. In the very few cases where the key didn't work they always responded to my query within the hour with a new key. I highly recommend them.
