I got a one month subscription for 9.99 billed as JoyBox. Cancelled 2 days prior to renewal date. Been receiving a charge of 19.99 from JoyBox Custom Songs for 6 months now. Have been disputing with my credit card and JoyBox for 6 months. JoyBox has no record of my subscription. Credit card has been doing a temporary credit. This is not worth the hassle for one single song. I consider them fraudulent because they are now billing under a different name and taking up my time to continue to dispute.

Frustrating …
I put all my information in for my song and it gave me a preview so I listened it was amazing so I purchased so I could listen to the full song and when I was sent joybox the song was completely different with none of my words I used then using the site to find the privy preview just went round I circles with I’m assuming was AI no human ever contacted me very frustrating and not right

Really cool experience
This was such a cool experience. I made my gramps a custom song for his birthday and he couldn’t believe how it had all of his favorite memories and talked about all his family and grandkids. Definitely was a Kodak moment when everyone all listened to it together! We even had a custom music video made! I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere.

The song Joybox created for my wife was excellent. I made it for her birthday, and she had tears of joy. We also made one for our cat which was hilarious
