Not even worth giving that one star but did not have a option to rate it less than that else would have done that. Trip was very unorganised . They left us also and travelled without us . To everyone thinking of booking a tour with this company, be double sure.

They scamed me. Took advance payment of rupees 1000, then denied the trip saying it is cancelled due to non availability of traveller and mentioned they are shifting me to next days batch. But there was no batch on next day, and the batch I booked for has also gone for trip, when I asked later they said seats were full.
It is their fault that they took advance payment even when there was no seat.
Now they are not returning the amount I paid.

Journify is the worst travel agency, and their agents are terrible too—they have no idea how to speak to customers. The bus driver was even ready to pick a fight; in a fit of rage, he started driving recklessly at high speed. Meanwhile, the agent, Prince, switched off his phone, and our guide abandoned us midway. They didn't fulfill even 50% of their commitments; they didn't provide the hotel they had promised and changed it at the last minute, claiming it was flooded. When I went to check myself, a lively party was actually going on there. Please, never book with this travel agency; don't waste your money. He is absolutely useless, he did not fulfill any of his commitments, his behavior is also not good, never book from him. He even didn't provide us the promised bornfire.

I strongly recommend not booking any package with JournifyTrips. Their promises sound impressive, but when you actually need support, there is no responsibility and no proper management.

Please don’t waste your hard-earned money with Journify. They are an extremely incompetent group of people and failed to deliver even 10% of what they promised in the first place.....There were no heads-ups before changing the hotels, locations, or even the vehicles. To make matters worse, their drivers started fighting with passengers in the middle of the journey, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant.

If you simply want to waste your money and ruin your trip, go with Journify. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking for other travel companies.

Very disappointing experience with Jurnify Trip — Never recommend! For Kasol & Kheerganga Trip

Whatever was confirmed and promised by (Prince) before booking was not properly delivered during the actual trip.

The camps shown and confirmed at the time of booking were completely different from what we got. The Kasol plan was also changed at the last minute. In Kheerganga, we were promised 4 camps, but only 3 camps were provided. A bonfire was also committed, but nothing was arranged.

The trip captain had no proper information about the commitments or arrangements and seemed completely unaware of what had been promised to us.

The driver, Sunny (Ravi), was extremely rude and unprofessional. While returning, our group was also asked to change buses, which was another unnecessary inconvenience.

Overall, there was a huge difference between what was promised before booking and what was actually delivered. Very poor coordination, poor communication and an extremely disappointing experience.

I would never recommend Jurnify Trip to anyone. Think twice before booking with them and make sure every commitment is clearly confirmed in writing.

Very disappointing experience with Journify Trips. I booked their Delhi–Kedarnath package, but several promised services were not provided:

• Hotel was not provided, and the hotel amount has still not been refunded.
• Pickup was delayed by around 3 hours, causing major inconvenience.
• Trijuginarayan Temple was included in the itinerary but was not covered.
• Despite repeatedly raising these issues, the company has not provided a proper response or satisfactory resolution.

Overall, extremely disappointing service and poor customer support. I would not recommend Journify Trips. Get every commitment in writing before making any payment.

The hotel arrangements and food quality were not up to the expected standards. In addition, the coordination and management throughout the journey were extremely disappointing. Instead of having a comfortable and enjoyable trip, we had to face repeated difficulties and inconvenience throughout the entire journey.
We trusted your company based on the commitments and assurances given to us before booking the package. However, the services delivered did not match those commitments, which resulted in considerable stress, inconvenience, and dissatisfaction for everyone travelling with us.

• The traveller shown during booking was completely different from the small, congested vehicle actually provided.
• The guide and management had zero coordination and professionalism.
• 3-star rooms were promised, but the accommodation provided was extremely poor.
• We paid ₹1,500 per person for a room in Kedarnath, but were pressured to take a dormitory instead. When we refused, the owner misbehaved, refused to provide any accommodation and switched off his phone.
• At around 11 PM, we had to arrange and pay for our own room. The company is still holding around ₹10,000 and refusing to refund it.
• The entire trip was rushed without proper rest or management.

The owner and Mr. Aadarsh were extremely rude and irresponsible. When customers face an emergency, their phones are either switched off or unanswered.

Journify Trip is absolutely not a trustworthy travel company. Their management is extremely poor, and most of the promises made before booking turned out to be false.

I booked a Delhi to Kedarnath package with Journify Trip, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I am listing everything clearly so that other travellers can make an informed decision before booking with them:

1. They never informed us beforehand that our tour would be operated through a third-party company. We booked with Journify Trip, but later we were sent through another operator without proper information.
2. They told us there would be no stop at Haridwar, but then kept us waiting in Haridwar for almost 3 hours for another traveller/vehicle. This unnecessarily wasted our valuable trip time.
3. Because of delays caused by individual people, 19 passengers in the traveller had to wait. The entire group suffered because of their poor coordination and management.
4. The traveller shown to us at the time of booking was much better and spacious, but the actual traveller provided for the Kedarnath journey was very small and extremely congested.
5. The tour guide had almost no knowledge of the tour or proper management. There was zero coordination and very poor communication throughout the trip.
6. The rooms shown to us before booking were 3-star standard, but the rooms actually provided were not even close to that standard. We somehow managed with the poor accommodation provided.
7. For Kedarnath, we had specifically paid an extra ₹1,500 per person for a camp, because after a 22 km trek we wanted a proper place to rest. However, instead of providing the promised camp, their management misbehaved with us and pressured us to take a dormitory.
When we refused to take the dormitory, the company owner himself misbehaved with us and said that he would not provide us anything — no room, no camp and no dormitory — and that we could do whatever we wanted. After that, he switched off his phone.
8. We were left without proper accommodation, and at around 11 PM in Kedarnath, we had to arrange and pay for a room ourselves. The company is still not refunding the ₹10,000 amount that they are holding.
9. There was no proper rest time during the entire trip. We were constantly rushed from one place to another, and the entire trip was forced to finish within 3 days without proper planning or consideration for the passengers.
10. I also had a very bad experience with Mr. Aadarsh, from whom I booked the package. Whenever there was an issue, medical emergency or any urgent situation, he would either not answer the phone or give excuses. At the most important moments, there was no proper support from the company.
11. The behaviour of the Journify Trip owner and Mr. Aadarsh was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There was absolutely no basic courtesy while speaking to customers.

If the owner himself cannot communicate respectfully or take responsibility for solving a customer’s problem, then how can a customer trust such a company with their money and safety?

I am genuinely saying this from my experience — please think twice before booking any package with Journify Trip. Do not blindly trust their promises. My personal experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is very bullshit trip I was attend through your company. The coordinator (Om) of our trip, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to the person who made the original hotel commitment, our calls were ignored, and even the coordinator failed to properly discuss or resolve the issue. And even doing opposite wat u say. Low quality food hotel provide .Driver has drunk all tour. Must have action against him.

I recently went on a trip with Journify Traveller, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

They had promised a lot of things in the itinerary, but in reality, almost nothing was covered. The guide was extremely unprofessional — he never accompanied us and kept sending us alone to different places. We were made to stop at unnecessary locations for 2–3 hours, while important places were completely skipped.

The driver was also very poor in terms of behavior and driving quality. Overall coordination was missing throughout the trip.

We had booked a 3 nights, 4 days Manali–Kasol trip, but almost 2 full days were completely wasted. We couldn’t properly explore Manali, Kasol, Kullu, or do any activities.

At Sissu, there was no snow, yet they still pushed us to rent snow clothes just for their commission. Even when we refused, they ignored our concerns.

Most of the time, we were just sitting and roaming around in the tempo traveller instead of actually enjoying the trip.

In Kasol, they simply dropped us at the market and Manikaran Gurudwara and told us to explore on our own. There was no café hopping, no visit to Chalal village — nothing that was promised. On top of that, we were asked to leave Kasol by 5 PM.

To delay our arrival, they unnecessarily stopped multiple times at night, even halting outside tolls without any reason.

Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest that no one should book with this company. It is highly unprofessional and not worth the money.

I recently visited jibhi with journify.
Firstly the travellers vehicle was very uncomfortable. My bag got ripped , when i complained they said it would have been ripped before the journey which was not true.
Driver behaviour was very rude and arrogant. Our trip Captain did no job, tbh he was useless the basic captain duty like introducing each other etc was also not done by him. Captain was supposed to ask among the options on our last day between kullu and tirthan which he did not ask and lied to everybody that he has asked and got votes for tirthan which was not even true.
Activities like cafe hoping in jibhi, bonfire with light music mentioned in itinerary did not happen. The stay was also different and was very far from jibhi city.

If you are planning to go with journify then just go through the review once.
