Support was exellent
Support was exellent, unfortunately the carrier company Evri ruined my experience, was 8 days from placing my order to delivery after staying home for four days.
Sent a replacement the same day I reported the issue.

Exceptional customer service and…
Exceptional customer service and outstanding kit. Have bought several items over the last 6 months, all have been spot on. Have no hesitation in recommending the hard shell, soft shell, down jackets or trousers. Initially reluctant to buy these items on line as I like to see and try on (normally several times) before buying. I’m now confident that any kit is going to be bomb proof, light, comfortable to wear and do the job it’s supposed to do.

My order never arrived after a week so…
My order never arrived after a week so I emailed them they sent a replacement out in the wrong size!! Badly labelled colours was completely unclear by name what colour you were ordering! The colours don’t resemble the online pictures!! Not happy with there service!!
