Very unprofessional!
I have to be honest an awful experience. We purchased some items for my daughter for her sports class, and we paid for it to be delivered within a certain time frame. This didn’t happen and they were collected by the owner of the sports club. I understand that people are busy and life happens. When messaged an agreement was reached that a refund would happen for the postage this never arrived (this has arrived now). After a few more weeks my wife messaged again asking about it and rather than messaging back saying sorry I’ve been busy or something like that she gets blocked and no other communication can be made. Honestly it’s a disappointment. That’s the only reason I am leaving a TP review. Maybe we can get through this way.
The hoody had a wonky name and the lettering was very small, The hood covered it. The club owner wanted to deal with the hoody and that is being redone. So thank you for sorting that.
