Shoes arrived after about two weeks from China. Very small sizing so emailed them to arrange exchange/return. Advised that I could keep the shoes and donate to charity! They would send a replacement pair in a larger size but I’d have to pay the shipping fee of £14.95. Already handed over £35 and not sending them anymore. How ridiculous! Having looked deeper into the company it seems like it’s just a scam company and I’ve been had 😢 all the comments on their Facebook posts with photos of swanky shops have been deleted. Obviously there are many other unhappy customers out there too. AVOID

Really bad! Please don’t buy. Goods arrived not as advertised and return policy is very bad.

I ordered to dresses: one said it was cotton, the other said linen. Neither are what it says on the website and I am really not happy for this sort of misinformation.

The email bounced back.

Warning as I see PorterLondon is now advertising on Instagram with exactly same details. The company should be reported to Trading Standards as they are selling inferior goods and refunds are not happening.

Extremely poor quality items. The shoes don’t fit, they are too small for the size advertised. I will never buy from this company again and I shouldn’t have in the first place. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a cardigan, a dress, and a shirt for my husband, and the parcel took over two weeks to arrive from China. Items arrived today! I had to email them to inquire about the order. The quality is alarmingly bad—totally unwearable and looks awful. On their website it says that customer would need to return the items to China at their own expense, which could cost between £20 and £35, plus customs charges. Proceed with caution; it feels like throwing money away. Big Scam!

I bought a jumper for my wife... came from China about 2+ weeks. Just the worst quality I have ever seen, unwearable looks terrible...
i emailed them to be told I would have to send it back to China at my cost and was advised it was £20-£35 plus customs costs.. Buyer Beware, just like throwing money down the toilet

On their website it says they have more than 1460 reviews on Trust pilot.
When checking this out on the Trustpilot website I discover they have no actual reviews
