Jollys Jewellers Bewertungen

Good product and quick delivery.
Thanks

I asked to view an item online and my request was confirmed quickly. The whatsapp viewing was on time and Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I decided to buy the item, with another one. I experienced a problem so contacted Ashley. Again, he was very helpful and patient, and found a solution to my problem.
In short, the level of service, approachability and experience made the buying process a very pleasant experience.
I have now received my purchases and am more than happy with them: beautiful jewellery at fair prices.

First class experience went out their way to help, will definitely be buying again and jewellery came exactly as expected 😁

Excellent communication with Ashley, posted straight away for before 1pm next day delivery.

Arrived really quickly and well packaged . Very helpful

Excellent service ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday. The quality of the ring was top notch too. I will definitely purchase from Jolleys again.

Order made, and kept up to date with emails. Great service, necklace received within days and just as described

I've ordered from Jollys quite a few times, they are extremely efficient from the order to delivery. I would have no problem recommending them to be used by anybody as I have always been happy with the process

Accurate description and good photos of items. Reasonable prices and speedy deliveries of goods. A very efficient company to deal with.

Good website I.e. accurate and truthful description of item and delivery.
Store staff polite and very helpful.
Product- first class.
Thank you.

Spoke with the director via email who helped me with advice about the ring I was buying.
I had to have it resized and it was still delivered within 48hrs.

My Husband asked if I would like a new Eternity Ring, I was absolutely delighted. We visited Jolly’s Jewellers after looking for many weeks!! We found an exquisite 18ct white gold Eternity ring with a Chanel Setting and a stunning row of fine white diamonds.

Josh, gave ample advice and fantastic customer service. His welcome to the store made our visit very special, especially after my Husband undergoing treatment for Prostrate Cancer. We really needed some shopping therapy and a friendly face.

My Husband is keeping the ring for Christmas Day, I am so excited to wear it. The sparkle and beautifully cut facets, are the best I’ve seen. I truly am delighted. Would I recommend this Jewellers, most definitely. Their service was second to none!!!

I have had a few purchases and dealings with Jollys jewellers now and they have been amazingly professional and the items have been incredible. I am extremely happy and would 100% recommend. They do sell on Ebay however I prefer to go direct for the personal service. Thank you.

Excellent communication, item exactly as listed and very prompt delivery. Will definitely return. Thank you

I found the service to be really personal and helpful, fairly priced and really quick delivery. Very satisfied.
