Modulo is a global private educator placement service. The Modulo team helps families hire full-time private homeschool teachers, multi-subject home educators, traveling teachers for worldschooling families, and educators to lead homeschool co-ops. Families often come to Modulo because the teacher they need is hard to find. Their child may be gifted, profoundly gifted, 2e or neurodivergent, with ADHD, autism or dyslexia. They may need a bilingual educator, a teacher for siblings at different levels, or someone who can travel between homes and countries. A private educator can take responsibility for the full learning program: choosing curriculum, teaching across subjects, planning the week, tracking progress, coordinating specialists and activities, and keeping parents informed. Each search is handled discreetly and begins with a conversation about the children, family values, schedule, location and goals. The team recruits through trusted referrals and direct outreach, then evaluates candidates for teaching ability, subject knowledge, judgment, warmth, flexibility, organization, communication and connection with the children. Background and reference checks are part of Modulo’s 14-step safety and vetting process. Placement support includes a customized teacher contract, payroll guidance, curriculum and schedule recommendations, a custom learning plan, and quarterly check-ins with a learning specialist. The right fit is someone the children connect with, the parents trust and the family can rely on to lead the education.Mehr ansehen
