I am beyond angry and disappointed with Mavely. I spent months creating content, promoting products, and driving traffic to their platform only for my account to suddenly be terminated right before payout. No warning, no real explanation, no evidence of any violation with copy-paste emails saying their decision is final. What kind of company treats creators like this? They expect people to invest time, effort, and trust into building their platform, then shut accounts down without transparency honestly feels like creators are only valued until it’s time to pay them. Creators deserve respect, transparency, and protection of their earnings. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn anyone thinking about joining Mavely to be extremely careful before depending on this platform for income.

i gave them review here they told me to email them. I did reply to the original email exactly as requested, hoping to get clarification or resolve the issue, but I received the same copy-paste response again saying no details would be provided and the decision was final. i was told to contact support for another review, but privately there doesn’t seem to be any real investigation or communication happening.

Stay away from Mavely.

I completed my first payout period, then their compliance team asked for website info before releasing my commissions. I replied four times with everything they requested, including full email headers as proof. They later claimed they “never received” my emails, closed my account, and kept all of my earned commissions anyway.

Even after I showed proof that my replies were sent and delivered, they refused to review my account, reopen it, or pay what I earned. Their own policies allow them to reverse all commissions once they mark an account as removed, which leaves creators with no real protection when they stop responding. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s office so there is an official record of how they handled this.

If you value your time and income, in my experience this is not a company you can trust to pay you fairly.
