I have never had such difficulty dealing with a company before. It has been almost a month since trying to purchase medication from this company and i still dont have it, it has not been shipped and I am giving up. i dont want to do business with this company any more. Communication with the 'care team" has been dreadful at best.

Soooo misleading
They charged me 129.00 for the first month and not even 3 weeks later already sent out another monthly supply and raised the price to 229.00. Says there is 25/7 support but it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received any response to my 3 messages in my portal. Soooooo misleading. And trying to cancel is proving to be difficult too.
