Bra broke apart at work on first wear!!! Do not buy! Terrible quality.

The first time I wore the relief bra the glue holding the band together disintegrated within 90 minutes. I was at work and my bra literally came apart without any way to fix it. No response from customer service for over 3 days. I've emailed two different places and also filled out their form online.

Never purchasing again.

The underwear was true to size and doesn't roll down and get stuck under my c-section shelf which has been the biggest win!! But the bras and customer service is another story. The bras feel like they have great potential except for the fact that they all ran way too big. I wanted to make sure the fit was perfect so I looked at their size guide and how to measure. The site says the bras run small so size up if you are in between sizes I did that and it was multiple sizes too big. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and told me what size to try next and explained that the precision bra ran big but the site says they run small. I then tried to make an exchange and the size I needed was unavailable and I also couldn't return it for credit for whatever reason. The page wouldn't let me select any option and told me to reach out to customer service. I purchased this on a sale buy two get one free but the one I paid for isn't available for refund or exchange of any kind and it unfortunately was more expensive than the one marked as free which I weirdly enough am able to exchange. I was confused but tried to get help from customer service, I was met with an automated response that told me to do everything I had already done and to email the exact same email I had just emailed. Needless to say that is not great service when it comes to actually making the return or exchange. There must be a glitch on their site but they probably don't know because my emails are getting lost or ignored because of the automated responses. I did try to send another email twice with no response. If you are new to the sizing here I would definitely recommend buying one instead of buying into their sales. You might end up as dissapointed as I am if you do. Now I will go and use my oversized bra as a hat to keep my hair dry during this rainy Washington day.

I purchase a bra and wanted to return it because it did not fit nor did it live up to my expectations. I couldn’t do a return on line because they never sent me an email with my order number. I tried to call but they posted the wrong number on line. This is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them.

A few things to note. The order took a while to come, and I’m not sure why. The packaging was flimsy, the items were shoved in the bag, and there was no invoice. I tried on 1 bra. It was thin and “cheap” feeling and looking. I very rarely write a review, but felt compelled to this time. I wish the company well…

Trying to “re-schedule” or “cancel” a up coming order is not as easy as they try to make it seem. You cannot do it from within the account NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY HERE ON TRUST PILOT. I’ve emailed the customer service team to cancel my account and if I do not hear back will have to resort to a chargeback-which is something I don’t wish to do but they are impossible to reach.

Amazing unique product in the world, wire free!!

These bras have been the best ones that I have found! They’re super soft, have no metal wires, and the colors are great! As someone with a bigger chest, these bras have been great! They offer me support and I don’t even feel like I’m wearing a bra! I also just signed up for their panty subscription and can’t wait to get my first box!

Barely notice I'm wearing a bra! I love feeling lifted but not constricted. The functionality is amazing. I can wear the same bra to work, a kids function, and a night out. I own three: support bra, only bra, and the wireless bralette. All wardrobe essentials!

I tried the sheer bralette and the only bra and LOVE them. These bras help me feel good about my size; I am 32-34 B and sometimes have gaps in the cup or extra fabric. Not only do I feel like these bra conform to my support needs but they make me feel confident. The only bra has no wires and has light removable cups depending on your needs. I’ve never had this kind of support with a no wire bra- it’s just amazing! The sheer bralette is so comfortable, beautiful and truly sexy (the husband likes it!). I want more colors! Thank you Eby!

Great product! Feels like second skin. The fabric is so soft and it's incredible how a product can provide so much support without having wires. The panties are also great, I wear them with my leggings all the time and they are completely seamless.

Obsessed! This is the best bras and undies I've ever worn. It is insanely comfortable, extremely versatile, and fits perfectly in my life. I feel more confident and supported, and that's all I really need! LOVE the subscription program, it's like they know exactly when I need it!

Most comfy underwear I’ve ever had.

Fabric is soft. It forms to the body. 0 uncomfortable you almost don’t feel anything. Just great.

I’ve ordered several items from EBY. Since signing up / membership I’ve noticed the undergarments do not fit after washing (following their instructions) moreover, I’m no longer able to afford such an expense. I’ve tried canceling my membership only to be able to “skip”my subscription. Later trying again to cancel I followed the instructions from the site using their Chat 💬 only to be told they were extremely busy & 15 minute wait time… fine I waited… Only to have an Error page pop up after 25 minutes of waiting started over! Yep, still waiting hours later. Decided to follow their instructions for emailing in regards of canceling membership. Still nothing!

I’ve spent the last 45 minutes trying to cancel my subscription. I went on your website & followed the instructions you gave. I waited over 25 minutes on the chat for customer service & then an error pops up and I had to start over! Attached are screenshots of the messages from your site. I have never had more difficulty canceling a subscription as I have with your company. I started following & ordering from eby because I liked what you stood for in helping other women… this experience is quite the opposite of what I understood your business to be about.

I've been waiting over 25 minutes to communicate with an agent. Then all of a sudden an error page pops up on your site.
Could someone please help me? I can nit afford my membership any longer. My husband passed away and my finances have drastically changed.

***Please do NOT get caught in their trap of a subscription/membership they claim to be easily cancelled or skipped!!! NOT my experience at all. There was nothing easy about this. However, it WAS very easy for eby to charge my account!

I ordered two bralettes and happened to get a pair of underwear free because they were having a sale. Neither of the bralettes nor the underwear fit and they didn't have my size to exchange. Because of sanitary reasons, they didn't allow me to return the "free" underwear I received because I opened the package. While I understand this policy, I was very frustrated that they CHARGED me for the underwear because the promotion became void when I returned the two bralettes.

This just seems like bad business practice. Why call something "free" if you would charge me for it anyway when you know I want to return it? It felt like when someone gives you a gift and asks to be reimbursed for it. They should have at least made this clear when I was checking out and purchasing these products.
