Great experience start to finish
I wasn’t local so couldn’t visit the shop and I had all my dealings with them remotely. They were really patient with my many queries and very responsive and helpful. Big thank you to Bethan in particular. It was a great experience from start to finish and the pieces I ordered were wonderful. I was so delighted when I saw them - even better than I’d expected.

Charlotte provided excellent customer service when purchasing a Tudor Black Bay. From keeping us updated from when we ordered to making the collection very special. All staff are friendly and make all purchases an event no matter how much money you plan on spending.

Excellent! One word says it all to describe all aspects of the business from a customer’s perspective. The advisors seem passionate about their products and give the impression that they love their jobs. They also carry out watch and jewellery repairs in house and repairs are turned around in a timely manner, and carried out to an exceptional standard.

Rude sales assistant
Went into this shop several times last month as they were repairing my jewellery, then when I went to pick it up the shop assistant was extremely rude to me, looked down at me as if she was judging me and almost flung my item at me without as much as a goodbye or any eye contact, never have I been served anywhere with such rudness and and bad manners. She obviously never went to charm school. If going to buy anything good luck, if going to have anything repaired don't bother go somewhere else.
