On more than a few occasions has she been rude abrupt and downright intimidating....I only go as I know of nowhere else does hermes returns but after today I will certainly never go again....awful nasty woman terrible customer service

Fab service. Rezipped an old Belstaff biker's jacket for me & unexpectedly, they had to get poppers replaced as well as they were holding zip in too. All done at original price. Staff lovely.

Excellent customer service from Johnsons in Chineham, Basingstoke 👍🏽. Our washing machine was broken and we urgently needed our laundry to be washed and dried. From start to finish, Kath was extremely helpful and I know where to go for any future washing or drying requirements! Hannah, her colleague, was friendly and cheerful each time I went in. Thanks again for the fantastic level of customer service, it was much appreciated 😊.

I would have chose to use another brand because of the issues i have had with this branch but will always return simply down to the service received by both of these ladies

I use the Elm Row branch in a regular basis. I was dismayed to read the bad reviews that have gone up lately. I have since found out that these appear to be fake as these people have never visited the store. All I can say is that I have never been disappointed in the service from the 2 ladies that work there.

Johnson's Cleaners, Haxby, served by Margaret (Little Miss Perfect!). My Mum needed to have some passport photos taken and we had Johnson's recommended to us. A fantastic, efficient service that didn't feel rushed, but ended up with four pictures, plus a digital image and code pre-approved so acceptance by the Passport Office is already guaranteed. Lovely team of ladies that made for a comfortable and friendly experience. Would highly recommend.

The lady in the Portishead shop is kind, quick and efficient and has gone above and beyond on the previous two occasions that I have been in there for sewing and dry cleaning work. She's amazing - thanks so much.

We used Johnsons on Leeds Road Harrogate today - we needed a rush job under very difficult circumstances, my wife's dad having just died. The young lady in the shop could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. She went out of her way to turn the dry cleaning around within hours and made a difficult day so much easier with her kind and caring approach. Thank you - I wish that there were more people like you out there.

Took my winter quilt into the Manchester Rd branch in Bolton to be cleaned. Result was breathtakingly bad. Full of lumps where all the filling has clumped together and it aint a cheapo...paid a lot for it to compliment my new bed. Will never set foot in the place again!

Johnsons - Newbury; best way to start your weekend! I've been going to this branch for nearly 10 years. Service is exemplary and the staff there are friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble!

On Monday 18 November at the Downham Market branch, Elizabeth had three customers waiting (all with slightly abnormal orders) and coped reasonably well but efficiently with all, although the elderly lady leaving two curtains was concerned about the cost. Elizabeth did not mention Priority Club which probably would have saved her money overall, so I did as she left the shop.

I have Emailed them asking for advice on a particular cleaning job.

Breathtakingly expensive. Took curtains from house we're moving into for dry cleaning. Cost nearly £300. By the time I was told the price the curtains had been taken away so I could hardly say no. I complained to their head office, just to make sure a mistake hadn't been made, and was told they'd look into it. Nobody bothered to phone me back. Few things in life are certain but here's one: I will not be going to a Jonsons again.
