Good but could potentially be better.
It appears that the company is managing the process, and communicating well most of the time. However the timing of the request for “proof of purchase” seems ability far down the line and perhaps should have been asked for earlier. Not everyone keeps such old records!

Thank you for your comments. We understand that all clients may no longer have their proof of purchase documents due to the amount of time between owning the vehicle and making the claim.
The task to submit these documents to us is open from when you first instruct us on your claim. If you no longer have these documents, you are able to mark as unable to provide them. It is not essential that we have your proof of purchase documents to be successful with your claim.
