My item hasn’t arrived was supposed to be here the 14th November, customer service won’t do anything until the 25th November, which is more than five days after the date, so am not happy

I am sorry to see this one-star review. I am sorry to hear that your courier is taking longer than normal to deliver your parcel. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team, who have advised you of the next steps. If you continue to liaise with them they are more than happy to help
