I thought Joel was an amazing coach. Communication was brilliant, easy to talk to and always replied to my messages fast. I feel that I progressed well and can see positive changes and have picked up a good routine now under Joel’s plans. I would definitely recommend his coaching plans.

Thinking you don't need Joel...read this first....

I joined Joel's team at the end of last year after spending a month being in the gym everyday, taking introduction classes and still not having any real clarity, confidence or structure being there. I did one group class with him and noticed how he took time with his explanations about how your body works as well as how those exercises work. I joined him shortly after.
He worked with me to identify my goals and setting up my training plan. Not only did this include my workout plans but also nutrition along with supplements and a structured check in system designed to keep you aligned with your goals and see your progress.
Once I settled into my routine with Joel's encouragement and support I started a phased plan in February weighing 80kg. I am already in 70kg through his process and aiming to drop another 7kg before bulking.
He is a coach who genuinely cares about his clients and not just their training etc but also about their personal lives. He is always there as a coach, friend and mentor expanding my horizons and making training fun. Although this process has meant I'm pretty much buying a new wardrobe and now fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to in years, I can see how his methodical planning gets results! Getting compliments on the change in my physique every time I go out has been a great boost and with Joel keeping me accountable and consistent, I can achieve my goals with the confidence that I have the support behind me to push further.
One of my best parts of the week is my PT sessions. I get pushed further, achieve pbs and learn a lot about my form and other factors that help when training alone.
For those that aren't sure whether they need a PT, I can say this, I am a trained chef and have done a lot of research into working out and what exercises etc to do but nothing compare to having Joel guide the process. Learning online and watching videos is great but you can't learn form correctly and having someone watch and make small changes and push you at the correct time is the difference between hitting your goals and getting injured (learnt the hard way!). Being accountable to Joel through this process has massively helped me to stay on track and be consistent and when thinks are going the way I want with work, socials etc Joel is always on hand to guide me through and help me make the adjustments I need to continue reaching my goals. Without working with Joel I know I wouldn't have made it anywhere near this current goal or enjoyed the process and probably quit by now.
Looking forward to continuing and growing with his guidance and support.
He has even created a little community with all of his clients allowing us to interact, meet a d support each other through our journies.
Highly highly recommended!

I joined personal training because I…

I joined personal training because I felt stuck with my fitness and needed structure, accountability, and expert guidance. At the time, my routine was inconsistent and I wasn’t seeing progress. Now, I’m stronger, more confident, and much more disciplined with my training and lifestyle.

Coaching has been an excellent experience. The sessions were well-structured, motivating, and tailored to my goals and ability level. I always felt supported and pushed in the right way.

The best part has been the visible results and the boost in confidence. Seeing real progress while enjoying the process made a huge difference. The encouragement and practical advice I received also helped me build habits that will last long term.

I’ve had a genuinely positive impact from this experience and would absolutely recommend it to my friends. I’d recommend this coaching to anyone who wants professional guidance, accountability, and real results — whether you’re just starting out or looking to break through a plateau.

Joel’s fitness coaching

When I first joined Joel’s coaching, I was frustrated and a little lost. I’d been trying to get fitter for years, but every time I started something, I’d either lose motivation or feel like I wasn’t doing it right. I wanted to feel strong and confident, but I didn’t know where to start or how to stick with it.

Working with Joel has honestly been life-changing. It’s not just a plan you follow – it’s proper support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way. Even on days I didn’t believe in myself, Joel did. That made all the difference.

The best part has been watching myself change, not just physically, but mentally. I’ve gone from doubting whether I could ever achieve my goals to actually smashing them. I feel proud of what I see in the mirror, but even prouder of how I now think and feel about myself. I still have a long way to go, but this time I have the believe and support.

I’d recommend Joel to anyone who feels stuck, lost, or like they’ve tried everything without success. If you’re ready to believe in yourself and have someone in your corner who truly cares, Joel is the coach you need. Stop waiting for next week and start immediately!

Best PT

Joel’s been awesome! He’s really helped me build some much-needed confidence at the gym. Just knowing he’s going to check in on my workouts kept me on track and way more consistent than I’ve ever been. After just a couple of months, I can honestly say my clothes are fitting better—and that feels great!

Well Recommended...

Results are achievable, and you CAN get there. Working with Joel, you'll be able to meet targets and goals together; whilst it does require some hard work and dedication, Joel provides help and guidance throughout that suits you and fits your lifestyle. Small wins total up to bigger results.

I was seriously jaded with my own training / gym routine, but Joel helped spark the drive to work hard once again, all whilst opening my eyes on how big a part nutrition really plays.

Best PT EVER!

So. I’ve been with Joel since December (a little over 2 months) and he’s the most recent of many, many PTs I’ve had over the years. And he’s by far the best.
From the initial meeting, he put me at ease, listened to what my goals were and what my concerns were. There was no hard sell to upgrade packages, just a really informative consultation.
And from then on it’s been great. I’ve dropped well over a stone in weight but more importantly my body shape, fitness, strength and attitude towards fitness have all changed dramatically.

With weekly photo check ins resulting in detailed feedback, to daily online check ins to map progress, the service I’m getting is next level.

We chat every day, talk through the meal plans, the workouts and any barriers I might be facing and the support I receive in return really is keeping me going.
Prior to starting with Joel I was very much a casual gym user.
I’m now 3 times a week without fail and am even on the treadmill doing an extra cardio session as I write this.
My mental health and confidence have increased ten fold in just a short space of time it’s unbelievable. I really can’t recommend this guy enough. If you need a PT, then Joel is most definitely the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve worked my way through a fair few!)

Great fitness coach!

Joel has been amazing in my fitness journey. His incredible knowledge has helped me achieve my fitness goals. He is incredibly supportive and always answers my queries almost immediately. My nutrition is in a great place, and the ebooks he supplies have some great recipe ideas that all the family loves. I would highly recommend Joel’s coaching to anyone.

Life changing experience!

He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and he genuinely cared about my fitness journey. Whether it’s designing personalised workout plans, guiding proper form, or motivating me to push my limits, Joel excels at everything.

There has been significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness while working with him. He always gives me guidance and pointers on how to take my fitness journey to the next level.
