🌟 Great Recovery and Excellent Customer Service



After a disappointing experience with a missed pickup, I was contacted by Jobyco, and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. They reached out to apologise and quickly arranged for a driver to come to my address to collect my items.
A special mention goes to Phyllis from their customer service team she was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. She made sure my items were picked up promptly and even offered me a discount as a goodwill gesture.
I really appreciate the effort Jobyco made to resolve the issue and restore my confidence in their service. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that truly matters and in this case, Jobyco did the right thing. Thank you for making it right

Reliability



I have been using Jobyco for over 12 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. Most of my shipments are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Though there are occasional delays, I understand that such things can happen. What matters most to me is that there is always someone available to speak with and follow up. Overall, Jobyco has been consistently reliable, and I’m happy to continue using them.

I’ve shipped with Jobyco several times and the service has been reliable. There was a time my package came later than expected, which worried me, but Linda was very patient and reassuring. Thanks to her, I’ll continue trusting Jobyco.

Well for a very long time i have…

Well for a very long time i have patronised jobyco for all my shipments.
Sometimes the van gets full and they rebook me for the next day or two.
The normal trend is get the bookings and wait for the pick up van. Once that is done: it's end of business.
But something new happened with my last shipment.
There is a lady there called Vanesa, and this is actually the first time she handled my bookings. After the bookings I told her to ensure that they come as booked. And she affirmed it will be done as booked and the driver will txt in the morning.
Well by mid morning, no txt and as I decided to call, then came a call and guess who was on the line...
It was Vanesa calling to check if I had been vontacted or received a txt.
When I said no, she apologised and said I should not worry. She will check and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called and said the van man will cintact me shortly.
The van man called me and and said I will be with me in about an hour.
He did came and picked my box.
Vanesa called again if my box was picked and I alright.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN BUSINESS.
The little extra care shown to us remains forever, not just the bookings and picking up the box.

My own experience

I think some of the workers are not competent enough. But for Vanessa at the call centre was polite, empathetic and gave a listening ear and was able to convince me not to cancel my booking. She is competent and has a business convincing skills. Thanks to her and Emmanuel the driver for Leeds. Emmanuel is also competent. The incident happened some few weeks ago

Worse than terrible

I wish there was a minus 1 star or a 1/4 star. They say boxes are marked fragile but they treat them as metal unbreakable boxes.

I just got a delivery at Oyibi on the 12th August 2025.

I would not recommend them. This is the second package in less than a month they have damaged. Vases and glasses bubbled wrap all end up broken.

The package today had the perforated washing liquid in a plastic container damaged and it ruined almost all the contents of the box.

Only ship unbreakable things with them. They deliver on time but they are the most wreck less handlers I have come across.

One day they will break a priceless item worth thousands and there will be a lawsuit waiting to bring them to their knees.

Keep ignoring our complaints and your day of reckoning will come sooner than you think

DONT TRY JOBYCO

It used to be a good company. After the death of the owner things are falling apart as items are not handled properly resulting in damages and theft. Please seek alternative shipping to Ghana. after stealing or destroying your stuff they will never ever respond to your email. They dont care , they dont mind . I have sent emails upon emails on my items. Till date jobyco, the lawless company doesn't bother to respond . RIP Nana Obiri, he would have instructed someone to do the right thing. JOBYCO. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I recently used Jobyco Shipping to send goods from the UK to my wife in Akosombo, and I must say, the service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the entire process was handled professionally.
A special shoutout goes to Felicia. she truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made the entire experience stress-free. It's rare to find such dedication and customer care these days.

Poor services both UK and Ghana

Anyone trying to use this company should think twice, very huge disappointment on their side ,they will cook you with different stories and tossing you around about you items Never again, I hv been with this company for quite long time 15yrs, but they are
failing all, there is now alot of shipping companies around i hv to use now, before I was scared of using other company because I thought jobyco was reliable and safe but they are very bad and unsafe to use them. You will go through hell with them before u get your things are giving to you .at first I thought they will become better and change but is rather getting worse. They take months or over for you to get your items but they will not tell you. So if u want to use them think twice. Before they were good but now they are getting worse since the man passed away they are not longer reliable and trustworthy. I shipped my boxes in May as in July my items is not delivered not even at the port,again I am travelling with my family July I shipped their food in Early June as in late July my boxes are not arrived .when I call them they are telling me stories. They have ruled our holidays already. We will be in ghana without getting our food. How frustrating it is. I have shipped 10 boxes since May they a have not delivered even 1 boxe. Never again.

Disingenuous, deceitful clowns

I would recommend anybody remotely considering using this company to think again.
They are the most deceitful, dishonest bunch of amateurs that I have ever had the misfortune to use.
They are liars and will not give you a straight answer. Their delivery times are disingenuous and their customer service skills are absolutely appalling.
Whilst I never usually wish ill will to people, it would do the general public a massive service if they were to go bust.
If you still choose to use this bunch of clowns, be prepared for lots of stress, lots of phone calls (they won't call you), broken promises and waiting around all day or maybe two.
You have been warned about Jobyco!
