Great staff and customer service. Clean secure facility. Fast shuttle to airport

Priced out the best, but service was ok took about 30-40 min to pick us up from the Airport and I had to call twice

Fast, efficient and friendly and reasonable!

They were great all around. The shuttle service got us to the airport on time with no issues & when we returned we made the phone call to Jiffy for pick up and they were there and we didn’t even have to wait. I will definitely use Jiffy again.

Convenient, close to the KFK airport

Very close to the airport. The shuttle driver was ready and waiting when we arrived around midnight. Car was waiting for us when we arrived at their location. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was wonderful except arrival where only one employee was there to check-in cars and the line was full of people. Too much work for one man and the check-in system seemed antiquated.

Sometimes the drop off or the pick up is very delayed. Can never quite figure it out.

The check in process and the pick up of the car were both very chaotic. We waited 30 minutes to be picked up upon arrival at JFK at 12:15 am. Upon arriving at the Jiffy center, our car was not ready. They kept insisting that because we just dropped off the car it had been placed on the third level of the lift and would need to be retrieved. When I showed them on the receipt that we had dropped off the car 2 days earlier, they looked for the keys and located the car. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees were friendly.

Half hour wait for pickup at 1 AM. One overmatched employee handling checkout. I successfully paid using the kiosk but still had to wait on the same line simply to get my keys.

As far as parking everything went ok but as far as my vehicle it didnt when i got home i noticed a big scuff mark and scratch down my driverside fender

It took awhile to get the car and keys when we returned and the car was not ready for us.

Everything was great from the beginning all the way to the end. I will definitely go Back😊

Great experience, called from the terminal and I had a pick up in a few minutes. The car was ready when I arrived, no delays.
