Jhoots Pharmacy Bewertungen 

I have driven over 600 miles in the past week in failed attempts to collect my prescription from Jhoots in Wellington Somerset. I have driven down from my workplace in London, twice only to find the pharmacy closed. The GP won't issue a new prescription and tells me that I have to collect a 'token' from Jhoots to enable me to take the prescription to a reliable pharmacy. They are closed again today due to lack of a Pharmacist, but surely they could have someone to issue the tokens to allow customers to take their prescriptions elsewhere. The regulator doesn't deal with customers complaints - one questions their purpose!

Had an emergency prescription sent to a Jhoots Pharmacy.
I've been trying to get it for 2 days but apparently they've been closed for days and there's no sign of them opening any time soon.
Having read more about them they sound more like a farce than a pharmacy.
I'm now trying to arrange another prescription to a reputable pharmacy.

Beware of being sent to Jhoots Pharmacy for your perscription, you will likely have to go back to your GP or 111 service at the moment (which may add days to your treatment/service).

Terrible company! Avoid at ALL costs!
Doesn't pay their staff, or their suppliers, or even their rent!!
Went 2 months with only half a months pay and repeatedly told "within 7 days" which became 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and on...!! Still waiting on rest of July pay, August pay, and now September!
Constant issues of not having stock delivered, not having bins collected, and just being lied to and fobbed off every time you try contact head office to find out what's happening.
We should have run the second we heard they were taking over our branch, their past is just repeat after repeat of the same stories.
Nothing but crooks!
And whomever is giving them 3-5 stars! you're not fooling anyone! They're dodgy, and always have been!

Staff like myself is owed nearly 5 grand and HR and david Lasseter has not provided any reason to why we havent been paid. We were also told that we were going to be paid today the 19th. I was supposed to get my p45, still not recieved. The company is a joke. i have to go to small claims, reporting them to the insurance and more. I advise the public and staff do the same as the update from david from a week ago does not shine light on the situation about pay. All of the advise has been advised by me from legal representatives such as my solicitor, acas, lawyer etc.
Us staff work hard for our wages and HR does not pay us. Last month, the staff that did get paid got EXACTLY half of their wages deliberately. David lies to his staff and the public!
David also called me last week threatening me verbally also insisting the company would sue me for sharing public information.
Furthermore they are also deliberately terminating contracts and doing unfair dismissal as this happened to me.
My sources also state that charlie (sarbijt) is closing branches and making sure staff leave without their pay. This is very scummy and poor practice. My mental health including my physical health has lead to worsen.

The three girls who work the are very professional and customer friendly.Nothing is to much trouble for them.I would highly recommend Jhoots castle Bromwich to any body .first class

Staff doing their best to provide a service with no support from above. Our branch is rarely open, no stock and reports of unpaid wages!

Jhoots of Selly Bristol Road Awful

At least twice I have had to get emergency prescriptions because they have incorrectly blamed the GP for not processing my prescription, they don't even deserve one star. Often not open at advertised times . I believe that they have told mis truths about submitting the prescriptions and then blamed the GP. They should be investigated

Please be patient with the staff at all Jhoots pharmacies they have not been paid for nearly 2 months. The way the staff are being treated by not paying staff, not restocking their drugs, ignoring staff requests for in formation from CEO down to wages and HR departments is an absolute disgrace. These actions by Jhoots is having a massive detrimental effect on staffs mental health and many are going off sick or simply leaving. Unfortunately, until the staff are paid and treated with a bit more respect things will not change for the customers. My advice would be to use other pharmacies.

Jhoots didn't notify customers that their Selly Oak branch was closing resulting in people running out of essential eg cardiac medication.

Terrible service from Jhoots , Cheltenham branch at Wait Rose. Prescription locked to their system while telling us to go to other Pharmacies, we had to travel from one to another to get the problem sorted. This has happened 3 times now with no apologies. The store has now closed leaving us with no information on prescriptions we went to collect. Pleas stay closed.

No medications in stock for months, and heard they wasn't even paying thier pharmacist; they were likey not paying thier supply chain either.

The worst pharmacy to ever stain the lands of the UK, we dont want you and certainly dont need you.

Terrible service, they never seem to know what their doing, it's not a chemist, more like a little cupboard,
Leaving you standing around outside, place is a joke, they have no duty of care for patients , so disorganised.
Waiting times for prescriptions is a JOKE

I go to the Jhoots pharmacy at poplars surgery on Holy Lane Erdington . The staff there especially Sharon and Teresa are always very polite and friendly. They always have a smile when they are really busy.They deserve a medal and recognition from the great work they do for the company.

Beyond dreadful. Despite the fact that I paid in full for medication over a month ago, the remaining items are still not in stock (I was not told that the order was incomplete when I purchased the medication; I had to find this out for myself). Even the pharmacy assistant agreed that it was "pretty bad". I have no confidence at all in the operations of this outfit and have transferred to another pharmacy.

Would give them less stars but can't. If you are a patient of the westbury on trym medical practice ask to switch your default pharmacy to literally anywhere else. I have been waiting for a medication for my toddler for over 2 weeks, have run out in the time. They are still 'hoping' to get it in. This is the second time in a couple of months thus has happend. It seems to be the case for lots of their patients.

They are a disgraceful company, the staff at Watson street in Gateshead are two weeks late of their pay with no communication from the management or HR. It’s massively went downhill over the years! It’s a shame, I’ve used this pharmacy as it’s local but will never return again for a number of reasons but mainly due to the poor treatment of the staff & the lack of availability constantly on my repeat prescription.

Really sad to have to do this as the staff in our Aberystwyth store are brilliant and so helpful, but ever since it has been taken over by Jhoots there has constantly been no cover when the pharmacist is away leaving us high and dry on prescriptions and for the past month no drugs available at all. Sadly, we can't stay with them and have to switch back to Morrison's.

It's really unfortunate because being next door to our doctors it was so convenient, I do hope they get their act together and if they do then we will switch back again..

My routine repeat prescription was out of stock, I was told to come back "next week", only to be told the same. After 4 attempts they suggested I take my custom elsewhere as I have run out of my mediction for a heart problem. The staff just did not seem to care that my health was at risk.
The Doctors reception said it was well known that JHoots had supply problems that other pharmacies did not have.
I have now changed my selected pharmacy.
How does this pharmacy stay in business?

Very poor customer service; did not issue the full medication and did not make appropriate efforts to ensure medication became available.

I have only given one star to continue review, they do not deserve any stars. They are unbelievable incompetent. This incompetence has cause tremendous anxiety to customers especially the elderly. I have never been in this pharmacy without witnessing customers in distress regarding unforfilled prescriptions. It is absolutely appalling especially when customers have used taxis to pick up prescriptions that are not ready although request put in 2 weeks prior.
