Jordan assisted me with a bug issue. Two sprays and they were gone. He was so helpful and professional. It was a very stressful time and everyone at JG Pest Control were just amazing and couldn’t do enough to help me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to thanks Phillip the agent that went to my house as a second visit.
I was very concerned because there was still activity of rodents in my house (and to be honest in the first visit the only put the traps with no much explanation )

Phillip took the time to listen to my concerns , check the house with me looking for gaps where mice could come in . Sealed those gaps recommend me best steps long term but make sure all the holes were sealed to stop the infestation and explained with traps where eaten . I can’t thanks him enough for his aptitude and customer services skills plus the job he did . Caring and making sure I was happy before he left the house

Alistair advised me of his time of arrival and explained the procedure. I found him helpful and he put my mind at rest.
I have 2 cats so was a bit worried about them being affected by the poisoned bait but that is not the case.
I wanted to deal with this issue ASAP and this company arranged to deal with it the day after I made the call to them.

I cannot find fault with the service that I have received from initial contact to completion of job today. The staff have been very polite and informative.
Also I have been kept up to date with arrival time and it was very accurate.

From the first time I called the company for information to booking the appointment and having the treatment done I found the whole experience very helpful.

Alister was great, really thorough and professional, and explained everything fully so that i understood what we’d do to fix the problem.

Phillip did a thorough survey of my loft and outside areas. He found out very quickly what was causing the noise in the wall/loft. He gave me good advice and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Steven was great. He quickly recognised the issue (rats!), found a way to get into the walls and set the traps. Good service

One of JGPC personnel called Shaun visited today to deal with a rodent issue. He identified key areas they could access my property I had not considered such as the loft, behind the bath, certain cupboards etc and left ‘bait’ there.

He also advised where I should leave ‘traps’ I have bought and where they might be getting in externally ie via meters and fuse boxes.

He was attentive very professional and answered all of my concerns and questions. I would therefore highly recommend Shaun and his company to any potential clients/customers.

Second of three planned visits and Philip was right on the traps and access the mice had been getting into the house. Blocked routes and laid traps. One final visit in three weeks to confirm all clear. Not cheap but very good service who understands how mice operate.
