Great service, always keep us up to date with expected arrival times and always carry out a thorough job.

We were advised when Ryan would arrive and he did at the time we were advised, even though he had to drive quite a way from one job to is. He was quite clear as to what he would do whilst inspecting our site, and after asking a few questions he went into the area and he took photos of our job. He advised that we’d get a quote then next day. He was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly.

Mike was great! Came out and went straight to where I said the problem was to take a look. Straight away he knew what the problem was and what he needed to do. He gave us advice on what to do in the following weeks and what not to do. He also gave us advice on how best to approach our neighbours regarding the issue. Thanks for everything today Mike

After a sleepless night with a noisy rat having a party in our loft, we were very happy to see Alastair just over an hour after we called. He was very professional, quick and efficient in assessing the situation, both in the loft and looking for entry points outside the house. Bait put down and a possible entry point blocked within 40 mins. He put our minds at rest and gave plenty of information regarding next steps. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Really pleased with our visit from Alistair this morning . Came out first thing on Easter Sunday morning and arrived exactly when expected. Alistair was reassuring, friendly and professional and identified the issue ( squirrels investigating our attic) quickly . Multiple traps were set using the identified areas. Super impressed that we will now have further visits to inspect traps and block off entry points once the squirrels have gone . Alistair also gave advice regarding another area of the home which was over and above expected . We can now relax knowing that the issue is being resolved and that we can call anytime if needed .

Booked a chemical spray for some bed bugs that we had in our spare bedroom. They were able to book us in at short notice and the guy who came round to do the spray was very friendly and professional.

Kieran came today to sort out my garden rat problem .He was friendly polite and explained what he was doing .I need 2 more visits to make sure it is solved .
