Terrible. When pulling into the lot, the attendant asked us to pull forward with no shuttle in site. Finally, one arrives and we were told to take our luggage to the van, so we dragged it through dirt and mud. According to the gate attendant, one person was to ride in the van, the other person stay in the car, follow the shuttle and park it. We drug our 5 heavy bags over to the driver who did not get out of the shuttle as he watched us do so. We went to his window and asked where we should put the bags. He said, "back in your car" you follow me and park. After waiting another 5 minutes, we asked the attendant what we should do. "Pull over here and wait for the shuttle to come around the parking lot." The driver came around, went a different direction than what the attendant directed and so we followed. We were drove towards a dirt lot and the van parked about 150 yards away. We drug our heavy luggage up hill towards the shuttle. My husband said to him, "This is so confusing! We have no idea what we are supposed to do!" The shuttle driver said, "I don't appreciate your disrespect, so I refuse to take you. Get an Uber!" We tried to apologize and explain our frustration and he continued to refuse. We mentioned missing our flight, connections, etc. He looked away, loaded others luggage and drove away". We had to call an Uber.

Horrible customer service. I understand this is a pandemic and that things are different then normal, saying that though there service is beyond POOR!
I was originally told ONE billing cycle to have my money returned. Then 6-8 weeks, on week 9 I was told 12 weeks.

I asked if there would be compensation for the interest accrued, NO ANSWER.

The person on the phone that challenged me to what I do and how I return money.

I advised them that I did not buy my ticket from the airline I bought it from them so I should not be waiting on the airline to get my money back to me THEY should wait on the airline and refund my money. All these companies have no problem taking funds but with so few flights going on anywhere now how are they not keeping up on refunds in a timely manner.

The mis-truths this company pushes is frustrating. I was told they could not possibly contact people to tell them of delays. I suggested a mass email just saying SORRY we apologize for the inconvenience and your refunds are coming. How has it gone from 1 billing cycle to 3 and why was I not made aware of this. It is never there fault either.

I would not trust this company again for any sort of flight. I truly do understand these times are unprecedented but the lack of service at this time is ridiculous. What else do you have to do currently other then service your customers?

If I could advise you of one thing here it is DO NOT USE CHEAPFARESNOW! If you need any kind of service you will not get it.

UPDATE I have called back in as AIR CANADA said they mis queued the claim. When I called the number on the website the lady told me I called SMARTFARES, later when I spoke to a supervisor he communicated that they were basically the same company. Nothing but smoke and mirrors with this company. On a side note when the cancellation first came in they tried to tell me they were going to keep the TAX portion of the ticket. How do you keep tax when you did not complete a service?

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, it may cost you extra to use someone else but do it the headaches are not worth the savings here.

Like nearly everyone else here, my experience with this suspicious company was bad. Booked two weeks in advance with a family member's credit card. They sent a confirmation email to my email saying that the purchase went through fine.

Unbeknownst to me, a second email from them went to my spam box which asked for confirmation of the credit card.

Fast-forward to the day before I am supposed to fly, when my attempts to check in fail. I call CheapFaresNow, and they tell me they never made the purchase for my ticket despite the misleading confirmation email, since I didn't respond to email in my spam folder... Nothing in their confirmation email suggested that I would receive a second email from them.

The customer service representative was very polite, to the point of sounding scammy. He kept telling me that he would feel upset too if he were "in my boots."

I decided not to purchase the ticket he was offering me, ($150USD more than I expected to pay), even though he said it was the only one left.

Thankfully, I was able to book for the time and day that I originally intended to purchase through expedia for the price I originally expected! I guess all's well that end's well.

I do not recommend doing business with CheapFaresNow.

Horrible, called me in the middle of the night saying my flight is cancelled, still charged me for the cancelled flight and when I tried to call them, they kept hanging up on me, interrupting me, very rude, but when I got my refund, it wasn’t a full refund at all. Raised their voices, definitely not a trusted website at all! All fraud!
